Persistent patient finds hope and healing at clinic
After being with this medical practice for a couple of years, I've experienced some challenges, but I'm finally getting the doctor to pay attention and validate my concerns. It's my body, and I've persisted in being heard. Some excellent physicians have been supportive, and the receptionists have been incredibly compassionate and helpful. Without their understanding and assistance, I might not have made it this far. These staff members truly listen and do everything they can to help. Terrible healthcare service with zero patient care
Terrible healthcare experience... been attempting to secure a medical consultation for three weeks straight.. only 7 minutes of available appointment slots per day.. absolutely ridiculous.. the physicians consistently dismiss concerns as viral infections.. I personally visited the clinic and called them while standing right there, witnessing them deliberately disregard incoming calls.. when I confronted the staff about this, they claimed they were overwhelmed, which was clearly untrue as I observed them doing nothing while ignoring ringing phones.. this facility is a complete organizational disaster

Terrible doctor with zero compassion for patients
I wish to remain anonymous, but I must warn you about the doctor who exclusively works on Fridays - steer clear of scheduling with him. Completely futile experience, where I endured a three-week wait for an appointment, only to be essentially dismissed with a "just handle it" attitude. He even suggested I should "push myself into work" despite my detailed explanation of my workplace challenges. Upon visiting the practice to discuss my concerns with reception, I discovered this isn't the first time complaints have been raised about this physician. Urgent action is absolutely necessary regarding his conduct!! However, I must commend the reception staff, who were phenomenal and deserve a perfect 10/10 rating.

Spent an eternity on hold, only to arrive at the clinic and be met with a disinterested receptionist mid-dessert, who dismissively claimed they were swamped. Ironically, the waiting room was completely vacant, yet I was denied an appointment. This marks the 10th time this week I've been given the runaround, despite desperately needing my medication. Absolutely frustrating experience.

Absolutely impossible to connect during morning hours. Their updated phone system is incredibly frustrating - when you select option 1 for scheduling, a busy signal forces you to disconnect and restart the entire process of navigating through menu choices. Previously, the system would at least place you in a waiting line. I'm simply trying to secure an appointment, and the experience is utterly unacceptable.

If I could award zero rating points, that would be preferable. These are absolutely the most terrible medical practitioners in Dukinfield. Scheduling an appointment seems impossible, and the personnel are completely ineffective and utterly unhelpful. Steer clear of this practice at all costs - in fact, even if you were suffering from a serious illness, these medical professionals would be of no assistance whatsoever. Sarah, who apparently holds a managerial position, represents the pinnacle of incompetence and is without doubt the most useless individual I have ever encountered.
