Caller number two, waiting on hold for 36 minutes - why the excessive delay? Is this really your receptionist's role? Beyond scheduling appointments and handling prescriptions, these phone lines seem unnecessarily occupied. My suspicion is that your staff is attempting to provide medical diagnoses without proper medical training. I absolutely cannot comprehend any justification for such an extended waiting period!

Given that the facility is shut off to walk-in customers, you'd think making a phone call to obtain medications would be straightforward, but I was left waiting for 20 minutes! However, now it's becoming increasingly difficult to get someone to pick up the phone, and when you finally do reach someone, they provide absolutely no assistance, making the entire interaction a complete waste of time. The medical practice has seriously deteriorated. The front desk staff are discourteous and interrupt patients constantly. Numerous errors occur, and they then attempt to conceal these mistakes, which naturally leads to patient frustration. Telephone wait times are excruciatingly long, with hold music playing for up to an hour at any time of day before anyone responds. The reception team demonstrates extremely poor training and a complete lack of empathy. Dr. Lee remains an exceptional physician, and his eventual retirement will be a significant loss to the practice. It's evident that a large corporate entity owns this facility, resulting in a total absence of personalized patient care. I implore management to hire competent receptionists who genuinely demonstrate a desire to assist patients effectively.

Frustrating medical practice with poor communication
I reached out mid-week to inquire about my test results, only to be instructed by the front desk to follow up the next day after 1pm. Upon calling back as directed, I discovered the medical practice was shut down for the afternoon. When I attempted again Friday morning, I was informed they couldn't discuss test results during that time. The arbitrary timing restrictions are absolutely nonsensical! They claim patients can book appointments online with a login, but the system is non-functional. Even more frustrating, despite advertising online prescription refill services, this feature is completely unavailable. The entire process is incredibly inefficient and aggravating.
