Dangerous missed diagnosis twice in a year

Their medical oversight a year back led to my surgical intervention in London. Once more, they've failed to identify a critical chest infection, resulting in my hospitalization and treatment with steroids, inhalers, and antibiotics. Simply unacceptable.
