Patient feedback reveals a significantly divided experience at this practice, with stark contrasts between clinical and administrative services. Medical staff, nursing teams, and clinical procedures consistently receive praise for professionalism, compassion, and clinical competence. However, appointment access and reception experience emerge as persistent problem areas, with patients reporting prolonged waiting times on phone lines, difficulty securing consultations, and inconsistent courtesy from front desk staff. The booking system presents particular challenges, with complaints about limited availability, inflexible scheduling that disadvantages working professionals, and unreliable online platforms. Communication gaps between departments and delayed prescription processing have also been noted across multiple reviews.
When patients successfully access clinical care, they frequently describe positive interactions with doctors and nursing staff who demonstrate attentiveness and genuine concern. Several reviews highlight efficient procedures, thorough assessments, and supportive team approaches during consultations. The practice environment itself is often described as clean and well-maintained. However, the difficulty in reaching appointments and variable reception courtesy create a significant barrier to care that undermines otherwise strong clinical service delivery. This disparity suggests that operational and administrative improvements could substantially enhance the overall patient experience without compromising the quality of clinical care already being provided.

Excellent!
Excellent first visit to a welcoming medical practice
I was thoroughly impressed with my initial registration process and first visit. The new patient intake was swift, cordial, and conducted with utmost professionalism. The facility itself was immaculate and efficiently managed. Highly satisfied!

Bad!
Terrible service for special needs child care
A completely unacceptable healthcare experience. I've been persistently calling throughout the week attempting to secure an appointment for my autistic son, who also struggles with multiple health complications, only to be repeatedly informed that no appointments are available and advised to call again every morning at 8:30am. My goal is to have him referred back to a paediatrician, but it seems impossible to even arrange a basic doctor's consultation. We're now forced to take him to Kingsmill Hospital due to his urgent symptoms and necessary medical support. At my previous medical practice, particularly when a child was involved, we were always accommodated with same-day emergency appointments. Additionally, the reception staff's communication and interpersonal skills are severely lacking when interacting with patients. I absolutely cannot and will not recommend this medical practice to anyone. My strongest advice is to avoid this surgery entirely.

Bad!
Worst healthcare experience with rude unprofessional staff
Marcia Daws is absolutely appalling. I sincerely hope we never encounter her again. She seemed more interested in being confrontational than addressing health concerns. Her disrespectful demeanor was so offensive that I had to respond in kind (and she clearly wasn't pleased about that). The moment we left, we immediately went to collect registration paperwork from an alternative medical facility.
