Attempting to book an appointment is a perpetual challenge, with the consistent response being to call back next week when their schedule becomes available. Upon calling back, you're informed they're fully booked and are again directed to try another time. I was forced to repeat my medical tests due to their delay in forwarding my samples to the hospital. If you're seeking a reliable general practice, this is definitely not the place to go.

My visit to Kingsway was absolutely exceptional. I was seen precisely when my scheduled appointment time arrived. The physician meticulously examined my symptoms. As promised, he phoned me after 12 days to check on my condition, and since I still experienced minor symptoms, he recommended a follow-up examination. Upon returning, I was again seen exactly at my appointed time. The doctor remained attentive and comprehensive during his subsequent evaluation before ultimately declaring me fully recovered. This has undoubtedly been my most outstanding medical encounter to date. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the physician who treated me, and I sincerely hope this level of care continues. I have absolutely no criticisms, only appreciation 👍🏽👍🏽
