Worst customer service ever frustrating wait times

I was stuck at position 6 in the queue. After waiting 31 minutes, they called back with a weak signal and abruptly disconnected. Now I've been at position 1 for 23 minutes. I hope the staff would treat customers with the same respect we show them.

Worst phone service ever wasting my precious time

I reached out to my general practitioner's office to schedule a blood test. The receptionist informed me there were 5 calkers in the queue. After waiting for approximately 90 minutes, the operator apologetically stated they couldn't handle my call at that time, despite the system indicating I was next in line. This is an absolutely unacceptable and frustrating experience. I'll now have to physically visit the office to make my appointment, which is incredibly inconvenient.

Nightmare healthcare with endless wait times and no appointments

I've been a patient at Kingsway health center in Luton for four years, and throughout this time, securing an appointment has been impossible!!! The current state of NHS is incredibly exasperating, with services characterized by endless waiting times and a complete lack of accessibility. When you're unwell and attempt to schedule a consultation, you'll likely find that by the time you might get an appointment, your illness will have already passed. Should you resort to emergency services, be prepared for an ordeal: expect to spend a minimum of eight hours sitting on a bench before receiving any medical attention!!! This is the reality of healthcare in the UK today 🫶 NHS🧐

If I could have rated it lower, I would have given zero stars due to the staff's disrespectful and dismissive attitude. They make you feel like an unwelcome burden, as if you're begging for a favor. I endured a month-long wait for my blood test and scanning results, and only after making three phone calls did they claim they couldn't locate my records. An absolutely terrible and frustrating ordeal.

Acting as an advocate for my aging companion who lacks internet access. The first person in line consumed 10 minutes of waiting time, which is notably quicker than previous experiences where the third person has endured waits approaching 50 minutes. Upon requesting a consultation with a physician, we were informed that no appointments are accessible until April. The current date is 14/3/24.
