Absolute worst general practice clinic. They never schedule appointments and continuously claim the doctor will contact you. How can a physician diagnose an issue without actually examining the patient? Their service is so terrible they don't even merit a single star rating. Complete waste of time and healthcare resources.

Frustrating decline from once-promising medical practice
Switched to this medical practice following unsatisfactory experiences elsewhere. Initially, everything looked promising. The Dr IQ application was incredibly useful. Booking appointments was straightforward, and both medical staff and physicians appeared competent and friendly. However, they've now discontinued the app, and I've spent two weeks unsuccessfully attempting to secure an appointment. At 8am, I was 15th in the queue and still couldn't book a slot. They claimed to have extremely limited availability. Reluctantly, I've been forced to accept a telephone consultation scheduled two days from now, which conflicts with my work hours. This means I won't actually see a doctor until at least next week. The service quality has deteriorated significantly. I'm preparing to file a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory body and will likely seek healthcare elsewhere once again.

The front desk staff display an appalling lack of professionalism and courtesy. The surgical department desperately requires significant enhancement. Despite having numerous physicians on staff, securing an appointment seems impossible. I'm left questioning their entire operational approach. Terrible service and uncaring doctors at surgery
The general practice surgery in Luton is absolutely dreadful. Their phone response is painfully slow, despite claiming you're the first caller in the queue. The medical staff seem completely indifferent to patient welfare - unwilling to conduct home visits for those unable to leave their beds, and carelessly dispensing ineffective medications through distant phone consultations. It's unacceptable to attempt diagnosis and prescription by merely glancing at a few photographs, particularly when patients have complex medical histories. Additionally, patients must repeatedly contact the reception staff about unresolved issues, and even then, no follow-up occurs. The entire experience is incredibly aggravating and absurd. This practice desperately requires a competent management overhaul and should be thoroughly investigated. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against anyone using this so-called medical facility. If a zero-star rating were possible, that's precisely what they would deserve!

Terrible service causing unnecessary patient suffering
The surgical procedure was an absolute waste of time. My scan was performed on September 28th, 2023. Each day, I called their office, and the receptionist consistently offered excuses about not receiving the results. When I contacted the ultrasound department, they claimed they had sent the report on October 1st, 2024. Subsequently, I visited my GP, where the receptionist justified their delay by mentioning overwhelming email volumes and staff shortages, claiming they lack time to even review patient reports. After an extensive discussion, they finally forwarded the report to the doctor, and I received a referral to L&D after an agonizing 20-day wait. Their profound neglect and incompetence caused me significant distress and unnecessary suffering.

Frustrating delay with missing medical scan report
This is a belated review about my internal ultrasound experience. While I was seen promptly 5 months ago, there's been a frustrating communication breakdown. The sonographer explained my scan results and assured me she'd forward everything to my GP, which did happen. However, the registrar at the Luton and Dunstable fertility clinic inexplicably lacks my April 2023 scan report! I'm completely baffled by this administrative failure. The critical report that could have helped the fertility clinic investigate my case was seemingly never transmitted. I'm uncertain whether the sonographer actually sent the documentation, but it definitely didn't reach the intended recipient. As a result, I now must undergo another unnecessary internal scan, despite having already completed my initial appointment. This inefficient process is incredibly inconvenient and wasteful.

Terrible service and lost prescription frustrate patient
I can see why so many people criticize this medical practice. The service is absolutely dreadful. I had an after-hours appointment on Saturday at another clinic, and within a short time, Kingsway Health Centre phoned to say my prescription was ready for pickup. When I arrived to collect it, they claimed they couldn't locate or reprint the prescription. Now I'm stuck on hold, seemingly endless minutes passing, and I've been first in the queue for what feels like an eternity. I'm thoroughly convinced they've misplaced my prescription and are deliberately letting the phone ring unanswered. How is it possible for a medical practice to be this incompetent?
