Terrible experience with unhelpful staff

Terrible Experience I've been a customer here for years, but today was the last straw. The staff was completely unhelpful and seemed like they couldn't care less about my problem. I waited over an hour just to be told they couldn't assist me, with no explanation or alternative solution. The customer service was abysmal, and I'm absolutely frustrated. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone, and I'm taking my business elsewhere. Completely disappointed and let down by their unprofessional approach.

The medical facility offers quick scheduling, which is commendable. Unfortunately, my recent consultation with Dr. Vivek Kazal was disappointing. During a brief 30-second encounter, he hastily dismissed my concerns about a blood test result, repeatedly asserting there was nothing to worry about. His approach felt superficial and rushed. In contrast, I've had positive experiences with other physicians at this medical center, who have consistently provided thorough and attentive care. However, Dr. Kazal's approach left me feeling unsatisfied and concerned. I would not recommend him as a healthcare provider.

Terrible service and constant appointment rescheduling nightmare

Ever since their merger with Kingsway, their service has become utterly abysmal. I had a scheduled dressing change on Wednesday which was cancelled, which I reluctantly accepted. They rescheduled me for Thursday morning, but when I arrived at the car park, I received a call shifting the appointment to the afternoon. Do they not comprehend that people have work obligations and can't simply rearrange their entire day at a moment's notice? Then they tried to reschedule me for a week later, which is completely unacceptable. This is just one of numerous terrible experiences I've had with them - and I could go on about the others, but there are simply too many to list!

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

I endured an excessively long wait of almost 2 hours at the medical office with my son, and the nurse Doreen completely ignored him. Despite being physically present in the waiting area for an extended period, I received a text message stating that my son had missed his appointment. When I called the surgery today, I was left on hold for over 35 minutes, even though I was first in the queue. Since I live close by, I walked in and observed that other calls were being handled while I remained as the first caller waiting. Their only response was a dismissive "we don't know why this is happening."

Overpriced forms and terrible customer service nightmare

Steer clear of this medical centre. They demanded £144 just to complete some paperwork for my private health insurance. Despite having a referral from a GP at Bramingham Park Medical Centre, when I requested additional forms for Vitality Health to continue my private treatment, the receptionists first misunderstood my intent as a compensation claim and then informed me I'd need to pay £144 for form completion. The GP staff here are incredibly transient, creating a chaotic environment. The leadership appears completely unprofessional and incompetent. They're clearly unqualified to manage this practice and consistently frustrate patients with excessively long phone wait times. The reception staff are predominantly unhelpful (with Jenny being the sole exception). The management seems to hide away at Kingsway, seemingly doing nothing of value.

Frustrating merger turns healthcare into customer nightmare

Ever since the merger, communicating with this medical practice has become an absolute nightmare. Every phone call leads to the same frustrating experience: stuck at number 4 in the queue for what feels like an eternity, with no progress after 40 minutes. Multiple attempts yield identical results, leaving me endlessly trapped in queue limbo. Getting an appointment seems nearly impossible. When I finally managed to inquire about my test results, I received conflicting information - first being told my scan was fine but blood work wasn't, then later learning at an appointment that the exact opposite was true. The receptionist was apparently wrong to have commented on my results in the first place, as they lack medical qualifications. To make matters worse, I can no longer order repeat prescriptions online, supposedly due to the merger. Attempting to resolve this via their website email resulted in claims that my message was never received, with their ultimate suggestion being to physically come in and complete a form. The entire experience has been incredibly aggravating and inefficient.

Mixed experience with mostly great staff and terrible phones

Throughout my interactions, the staff have consistently demonstrated compassion and empathy. Nurses Jenny and Louise, in particular, have been exceptional. While one physician left a negative impression due to his patronizing attitude, the remainder of the medical team has been truly outstanding. My primary source of frustration lies with their telephone system, which is incredibly inefficient. The waiting times are interminable, and I've experienced the absurd situation of being first in line yet still waiting over sixty minutes. This telecommunication challenge is the sole reason I cannot award a perfect rating, as every other aspect of my experience has been commendable.

Unprofessional staff ruined my medical practice experience

I've been a long-standing patient at this medical practice, and the recent changes are disappointing. The young receptionists have become incredibly unprofessional, displaying a lack of courtesy and helpfulness. They consistently engage in loud, inappropriate conversations, treating the reception area like a social gathering spot. Attempting to schedule an appointment is frustratingly difficult - I called at 8:10 and was the 23rd caller in line. The doctors seem disinterested and eager to rush patients off the phone. As a result, I am actively seeking a new medical practice to register with.

Wasted more than 60 minutes attempting to obtain my x-ray findings, only to be informed that I must schedule a consultation. Frustratingly, no appointment slots are open in the current or upcoming month. The November calendar is not yet accessible, and I was instructed to phone back at 0800 to secure a time slot. Absolutely unacceptable. All I desire is to have a conversation about my medical situation - is that truly an unreasonable request?
