Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced

I initiated contact and entered the waiting list for an appointment. After spending 2 grueling hours in line, I started at position 5, then incredibly waited at the front of the queue for half an hour before they abruptly terminated the call. When I immediately redailed, I found myself pushed back to 12th position in the lineup.

Worst medical practice ever terrible service

Steer clear of this medical practice - I'd rate them zero if possible. For three consecutive weeks, I've been dialing at 8am twice weekly, attempting to secure a doctor's appointment, only to be repeatedly informed no slots are available. Today, they simply redirected me to the 111 service. Absolutely futile to sign up here since getting an actual consultation seems impossible.

Previously, I've endured a four-hour hold only to have them disconnect without ever addressing my call. It's faster and more reliable to physically go to their office, which I've been forced to do repeatedly.

Terrible customer service and endless frustrating waits

Communication with the staff is extremely frustrating. Certain receptionists display such a dismissive attitude, making you feel like an unwelcome interruption when you call. Attempting to reach the reception desk is an exercise in futility. I was informed I was first in the queue, yet endured a 30-minute hold. Phone appointments are completely ineffective. They let the phone ring four times before abruptly disconnecting. This forces you to schedule another appointment, despite having booked this one four weeks in advance! Resulting in yet another extended waiting period. Securing an appointment seems nearly impossible. The overall service is simply unacceptable.

Nhs service fails patient with critical medical needs

Updated 24/4/23: Once more, this medical practice fails my daughter's health needs. She's been experiencing fainting spells and feeling extremely unwell for an extended period. With an autoimmune thyroid condition and anaemia, she's been waiting over 4 weeks for a GP callback. All she requires is a simple blood test, yet she must wait for a doctor's call despite already knowing her levels are low. Where's the logic in the NHS's approach? This is an unacceptable service with a complete disregard for patient care. On my daughter's behalf, I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. This situation has gone too far. 2022 - I'm deeply distressed by the abysmal treatment my daughter has received from this practice. She was forced to change doctors due to a postcode relocation, moving from an excellent medical team. She has complex medical and mental health requirements, yet the practice has provided zero meaningful support. Multiple attempts to schedule appointments for her children, including her 6-month-old, result in prolonged hold times and being repeatedly redirected to call 111. As a single mother of three, she should be a priority patient, but instead, she's consistently marginalized. There's a complete absence of compassionate patient care.

What an absolute farce. Initially positioned as caller number 5, I've now descended to caller 1, and this ordeal has dragged on for 1 hour and 21 minutes. Jenny, the receptionist, failed to terminate our phone conversation. When I attempted to end the call, I accidentally activated the speakerphone. To my dismay, I overheard Jenny complaining about me to her coworkers. Despite my formal complaint, absolutely no action has been taken over the past four months.
