Exceptional healthcare that truly cares for patients

Throughout my extensive three-decade relationship with this medical practice, I remain thoroughly impressed. Despite the challenging current circumstances, they consistently deliver an exceptional standard of care. I can readily connect with my physician via telephone, and every concern I raise is addressed with the same thoroughness as an in-person appointment. The front desk team is absolutely outstanding, providing a warm and comforting atmosphere that immediately puts patients at ease.

Incredible doctors who truly care about patients

The medical team here is exceptional across all levels, from front desk to physicians. Dr. Wakeford brings an uplifting presence that instantly alleviates any mood concerns, with his compassionate listening skills, impeccable patient interaction, and medical expertise creating an outstanding clinical environment. Dr. McDonagh, despite her petite frame, demonstrates remarkable professional capability with her direct Scottish approach and comprehensive medical knowledge. Dr. Wong consistently provides precise and accurate diagnoses. If I weren't typically so cautious, I'd confidently state that when everything falls perfectly into place, this practice operates flawlessly. Although I've technically moved to Seaforth and now reside outside the original catchment area, with a new surgery nearby, I have zero interest in switching. I would never consider changing unless forcibly removed. Even the administrative staff like Higgins are wonderfully accommodating and efficient. Continue maintaining these high standards. Patient.
