Scheduling an appointment here is incredibly frustrating. I've spent countless hours waiting on hold, only to have the call unexpectedly terminate. There are zero online booking options, and they seem completely uninterested in updating patient information on the NHS app, making the entire process needlessly complicated and time-consuming.

After enduring such a lengthy wait, the line suddenly disconnects, claiming the surgery is now closed! I've been battling for weeks just to secure a simple appointment. Never in my life have I encountered such unprofessional and callous treatment. Even if I were on my deathbed, they would show zero concern for patient welfare. The stress and disappointment are overwhelming. Urgent reforms are desperately needed. I'm genuinely terrified about my medical situation, and this level of service is completely unacceptable!
