Feedback reveals a stark divide between clinical care quality and administrative service delivery. When patients successfully access appointments, they consistently report attentive, compassionate doctors and thorough consultations that exceed expectations. However, appointment access remains the dominant concern across reviews, with patients describing lengthy phone wait times, dysfunctional online booking systems, and unresponsive reception staff. Many report spending over an hour on hold only to be disconnected, facing delays of several days for appointment responses, or being redirected between systems without resolution. Communication failures extend beyond booking, with patients experiencing broken administrative processes, missing medical records, and lack of follow-up on promised callbacks.
Registration and administrative inefficiency compound these issues, with some patients reporting repeated removal from the system and requests for duplicate documentation. Reception experience varies significantly, though negative feedback emphasises poor courtesy and lack of empathy during interactions. Several patients note the practice appears unwilling to accept new patients or accommodate urgent cases, with some redirected to alternative services rather than offered timely appointments.
Despite these systemic barriers, individual clinical staff members receive strong recognition for their attentiveness, expertise, and genuine care. The disconnect between positive clinical experiences and frustrating access creates a situation where patients value the medical care itself but struggle with the fundamental ability to receive it. Improvements to appointment availability, booking processes, communication protocols, and reception courtesy would significantly enhance the overall patient experience.

Bad!
Terrible medical care that could harm you
The medical staff at this facility appear inexperienced and prone to incorrect diagnoses. Their communication is consistently poor, with phone lines perpetually busy. I strongly advise potential patients to exercise caution before choosing this practice for their healthcare needs.

Worst customer service ever complete waste of time
Terrible ordeal. Squandered more than 60 minutes attempting to connect with their support team twice in one day—once in the morning and again later—only to be dismissed without help and advised to return the following day.

Excellent!
Great doctors and friendly staff at kingswood
I'll be straightforward - I'm genuinely pleased with the care provided by Kingswood Surgery. While I acknowledge it can be challenging to connect with them via telephone, this is a common issue across most medical practices. However, once contact is established, the reception staff are consistently friendly and supportive. I particularly want to highlight Dr Sreenivas, who is truly exceptional. She demonstrates remarkable attentiveness, genuinely listening and making every effort to assist patients. She epitomizes a dedicated and empathetic medical professional. Having previously experienced a London GP practice where doctors seemed dismissive and impatient, I'm truly appreciative of the high-quality care offered here. Dr Sandhu is equally commendable - though I've only consulted her once, I was thoroughly impressed by her compassionate and thorough approach.

Bad!
Terrible phone service that drives me crazy
Attempting to contact their support is a nightmare. Phone calls consistently drop, or if by some miracle you connect, you're left listening to endless ringing. The customer service team appears completely absent, with no meaningful assistance available. This experience is so terrible that even a zero-star rating feels too generous.

Impossible phone access at this frustrating medical practice
Getting an appointment at this medical practice is about as likely as having a beer with the pontiff - completely impossible.

Average!
Challenging access but caring medical team
The medical practice is challenging to schedule with, yet they provide attentive care once you manage to secure an appointment! It's a shame they're bearing the brunt of governmental shortcomings, but they're making the best of the situation. The core problem lies in their appointment booking process. If they could improve this aspect, the overall experience would be significantly enhanced!

Frustrating registration nightmare with terrible healthcare service
For six years, I've been dealing with a frustrating registration process where they repeatedly remove me from their system and demand I re-register. This has happened five separate times. When I visit for medical assistance, instead of receiving care, I'm forced to complete health history forms that they already possess from my previous treatments. They continuously request my ID and proof of address, documents that have remained unchanged, yet they insist on multiple copies each time. The receptionist claimed they send standard letters via post that get returned, which becomes their justification for removing me from their patient list. Is this even a legitimate practice? Potentially due to a system glitch, a spelling error, or postal issues, they're willing to disrupt my medical care. Why can't they utilize email communication instead? Throughout these incidents, they've never provided coherent explanations for why I've been unregistered multiple times. The entire process is incredibly inefficient and unprofessional.
