He listened intently, demonstrating genuine understanding and engagement. The examination was comprehensive yet performed with remarkable gentleness and compassion. Dr. Aluko then invested significant time explaining the intricate knee anatomy and biomechanics, clearly articulating the underlying problems with my knee. His approach was meticulous, considerate, and empathetic. I can confidently state this was the most informative and valuable medical consultation I've ever experienced. As expected, he recommended an exercise regimen, but also provided crucial guidance on immediate lifestyle modifications—including specific knee support and exercise restrictions—which made perfect logical sense when he explained them. Additionally, he efficiently coordinated further intervention with his surgical colleagues. Dr. Aluko is truly an outstanding professional, and the medical practice is commendable for having him on their team.

Terrible service and frustrating wait times

Some employees are fantastic while others clearly don't belong here. The parking situation is incredibly frustrating, and they're consistently running at least 30 minutes behind schedule. To make matters worse, booking an appointment can take up to 3 weeks or even longer in some cases.

Caring doctors overshadowed by terrible front desk attitude

The medical professionals are excellent, but certain staff members at the front desk, particularly the lead pharmacy technician, display an unacceptable demeanor. Her communication was markedly hostile, condescending, and disrespectful. Her errors stemmed from insufficient expertise, and she showed no inclination to resolve a prescription issue. She continued her inappropriate behavior even in the presence of my children, only ceasing when I directly requested her to stop. Her conduct was thoroughly unprofessional, and such an attitude is completely unwarranted in a healthcare setting.
