By arriving well ahead of my scheduled 12:10 appointment at 11:00, I benefited from an earlier slot due to another patient's absence, being seen by 11:10. The medical team in the operating theatre were incredibly personable and engaging, which significantly enhanced the surgical procedure. Their friendly demeanor made the entire experience remarkably comfortable and positive. Overall, the service was truly top-notch, and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The quality has significantly deteriorated lately. Possibly due to overwhelming demand? Whatever the reason, I can no longer endorse their services. Scheduling consistently runs behind, with wait times frequently exceeding half an hour. While a few reception staff members are exceptional, their professionalism is undermined by colleagues who clearly lack the interpersonal skills required for customer-facing roles - some people simply aren't cut out for this type of work and can't be trained to develop genuine empathy.
