Worse practice

They never even cared if I’m alive or not,never pick my calls even if I’m seeing symptoms of crisis maybe I need an advice or an antibiotics to treat my infections,I been register with them for 3years and I was forced to change practice when I end up being admitted at the hospital for a whole month…I will never recommend this gp to my worse enemy

Worst medical experience ever terrible wait time

If there were a rating lower than the lowest, I'd select it. I was scheduled for an 11:00 consultation, and the doctor requested I arrive earlier than planned. So I complied. By 10:20, I was present, only to be informed that the doctor was behind schedule. It's now past 11:45, and I'm still sitting here, waiting to be seen. Just remember, if you're merely 5-10 minutes late for your appointment, they'll outright refuse to see you.

Just when you believe this general practice couldn't sink any further, they manage to descend even deeper. They now subject patients to an entire informational presentation before even attempting to connect, and after enduring this lengthy session, an automated voice coldly announces 'call list full, try again later'. The frustration of attempting to secure an appointment for the day is immense. As a direct consequence, I'm now forced to visit the Accident & Emergency department. This GP practice is effectively contributing to A&E overcrowding simply because they cannot handle a straightforward medical request efficiently.

Dangerous gp fails to support vulnerable patient

If I could give this general practitioner the lowest possible rating, I absolutely would. This medical practice completely mishandled my mother's repeat prescription, resulting in her being without essential medication for several days. Not only did they send the prescription to an incorrect pharmacy located an hour away from her, but they also dispatched the wrong medication on a REPEAT PRESCRIPTION. They showed zero accountability or remorse for their serious error. Given that my mother has been a patient at this practice for four years, I cannot attribute this mistake to mere coincidence. If you have any opportunity to choose a different general practitioner, I strongly urge you to do so, as I can confidently say there are superior medical practices in the same area.

I'd gladly award zero stars if possible - this is absolutely the most terrible general practitioner in the United Kingdom. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment, but despite making 50 calls throughout the day, their phone line remains perpetually engaged. I've been trying to secure an appointment for three months now, calling daily between 8:30 and 9:00, spending half an hour each time without successfully connecting a single call. When I finally managed to visit the GP's office in person, the staff were incredibly discourteous. I am utterly frustrated and completely disheartened by this entire experience 😡😡😡

Terrible. What began as a minor allergic issue and mild skin dryness has escalated into a nightmare. My infant now suffers from widespread blisters, severe wounds, and multiple infections, compelling us to administer potent antibiotics to our six-month-old child. Medical professionals repeatedly diagnosed eczema and continued prescribing aggressive topical treatments and steroid medications. Despite 7-8 consecutive consultations, his health has only deteriorated. My son has been unable to experience restful sleep for more than a month.
