Patient Experience Summary

Appointment access remains the dominant concern across feedback, with patients reporting persistent difficulties reaching the practice by phone, lengthy waiting periods to connect, and rapid depletion of available slots. Phone lines are frequently described as continuously busy during morning booking hours, with callers unable to secure consultations despite repeated attempts. Reception experience presents a mixed picture: while some patients praise welcoming and compassionate staff members, others report discourteous interactions and unhelpful responses to patient needs.

When appointments are eventually secured, patients generally report positive experiences with clinical care, with physicians frequently described as professional, competent, and compassionate. However, this positive clinical feedback is substantially overshadowed by systemic barriers preventing access to care. Additional concerns include delays in processing prescriptions, long waiting times once in the practice, and inconsistent communication about appointment availability and scheduling procedures. A smaller number of patients have experienced responsive communication and efficient booking, particularly when contacting the practice outside peak times or through alternative channels such as online consultations.

I urgently implore Dr. Sharma to contact me immediately concerning my mother, Eunice Dorothy Furney. I am her daughter, Christina, and this matter requires prompt attention. 🌞🙏

Terrible healthcare that fails every patient miserably

Appalling service from start to finish. Securing a doctor's appointment has been impossible for months, even prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. The medical practice is completely ineffective. I've escalated my complaints to the Care Quality Commission. This facility deserves to be shut down immediately. Neither the physicians nor the administrative staff deserve to remain employed! The entire operation is a shameful representation of our National Health Service. 😡

Incredible healthcare with compassionate and efficient service

I just signed up with this practice and have been thoroughly impressed by my interactions, starting with my smear test and continuing through today's telephone consultation with a GP. Dr Sirajudeen was absolutely remarkable - possibly the most compassionate physician I've ever encountered! The reception team has been a delightful contrast to my previous medical practice, which felt like navigating a hostile environment before even attempting to discuss my health concerns. The online consultation system works seamlessly, and the entire staff has been exceptional!

Terrible healthcare experience avoid at all costs

From the start, securing an appointment is nearly impossible, and even if you somehow manage to book one, they'll likely reschedule and claim the doctors have departed, leaving you to wait endlessly for another appointment that will never materialize. It's nothing short of a complete time-consuming ordeal.

Dangerous practice manager nearly killed me twice

I was brought to the brink of death twice due to the practice manager's bullying behavior. Despite being gravely ill with undiagnosed Sepsis, I persistently sought medical help. While some doctors showed compassion, the practice manager consistently undermined their recommendations, denying me crucial antibiotics. Ultimately, my Bursitis escalated to Sepsis, and I was mere hours from death at Romford Hospital. I was incredibly fortunate to avoid amputation. Three months later, when the condition resurfaced and I recognized the symptoms, I was again dismissed. This time, I collapsed from a UTI that would undoubtedly have developed into Sepsis. I implore anyone concerned about their personal and family health to seek medical care elsewhere. This practice is genuinely dangerous and potentially life-threatening.

Worst doctor ever terrible bedside manner

An absolute disaster of a general practitioner. Dr Sharma ranks among the most incompetent doctors I've ever encountered. He demonstrates zero respect and displays appalling bedside manner towards his patients.

Horrible doctor destroys patient experience with rudeness

This general practitioner is absolutely terrible and represents the lowest standard of medical care. Dr. Sharma, in particular, is arguably the most incompetent and disrespectful physician imaginable. Their bedside manner is appalling, their professional conduct is unacceptable, and they demonstrate a complete lack of empathy, treating patients with utter contempt and minimal human dignity.
