I attended an appointment at the scheduled time but found the reception area unattended initially. After attempting to get attention, someone eventually came to the front desk. I would suggest installing a buzzer system to alert staff when patients require assistance at reception, particularly during times when the desk may be temporarily unmanned.

I visited to submit a prescription. The receptionist seemed inattentive, appearing distracted by conversation with a colleague and their computer screen. When I inquired about scheduling an appointment, I was declined and instructed to call instead. Additionally, my prescription and medication have not been provided to me, and I have been unable to reach anyone by phone despite attempting to call over a two-day period. I found this situation frustrating and feel the lack of communication regarding the status of my medication and prescription was unsatisfactory. I am quite disappointed with my experience at this practice.
