My family and I have recently become patients at Langley Green Corner Surgery. The entire team demonstrates genuine attentiveness and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk personnel are particularly friendly and make a real effort to accommodate your scheduling preferences when booking appointments. I submitted a prescription request for my son, which was processed and authorised by a clinician before being forwarded to our pharmacy remarkably quickly. The GP we were assigned to was exceptionally supportive and took time to explain how the practice operates. They made my children and me feel welcomed and assured us that the surgery is committed to providing assistance whenever required. I'm grateful for such a positive experience.

I am quite frustrated as I have been unable to book an appointment through the online system for my elderly relative. After multiple attempts using the online form, I have been directed to submit a question instead, with suggestions to attend accident and emergency or contact the out-of-hours service. This approach feels unhelpful, and I am uncertain whether a response will be received today, or if contact may be delayed until the following week given the day of the week.

The facility itself is pleasant, featuring a comfortable and hygienic waiting area with ambient music. I would happily recommend this surgery to others. The only factor preventing a five-star rating is the parking situation. The car park lacks dedicated spaces for parents with young children due to limited capacity. When spaces are unavailable, parking on the surrounding streets becomes necessary, which is inconvenient when managing a pushchair.
