My family's long-standing practice and now where my children receive their care too. A clinician here made a significant positive difference to my health. I'm deeply grateful. The reception staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The newer additions to the team and recent refurbishment have brought much-needed enhancements to the practice. The children's event today was enjoyable and well-organised. I'm keen to attend future activities.

Reception turned me away despite calling ahead

The patient service experience here was disappointing. I called ahead to inform reception that I would be arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances, and was told to come in anyway. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I could not be seen because of my late arrival. This was particularly frustrating given that I was experiencing significant pain and discomfort at the time. Overall, a poor experience.

The reception team are wonderful and very helpful. The doctors at this practice are excellent and take their time with patients. They ask thorough questions and demonstrate genuine care. There is also a health visitor available several times a month, and it is easy to get appointments when needed. The practice is very clean and spacious. While one of the doctors could be somewhat friendlier, this is not a significant concern as I do not see them often. Overall, I think the practice is excellent.

I'm a new patient here and I've had a very positive initial experience. Booking an appointment was straightforward, and the practice has promptly addressed an issue that had been unresolved at my previous surgery for an extended period.

Service noticeably improved with caring staff approach

A vast improvement in the service and care provided compared to what I've experienced previously. The newer clinical staff really seem to care about the wellbeing of their patients, likewise with the nursing team. UPDATE: Not removing any stars, but want to point out that one particular clinician is the only thing that lets this health centre down. I would recommend avoiding booking an appointment with this individual at all costs. My experience with this clinician was disappointing, and I feel their approach has contributed to the surgery's reputation challenges over time.
