Wylie, who is a skilled and knowledgeable physician, and she successfully addressed my ear issue. Additionally, Dr. Chris was instrumental in managing my sciatica, arranging an MRI scan that pinpointed the source of my pain and recommending ongoing physiotherapy at the hospital. I am truly grateful to the entire team!

Frustrating wait at Falcon Road clinic

I've been a patient at this GP clinic for a year since relocating, and I'm still struggling to actually see a physician. Whenever I attempt to schedule an appointment, they consistently redirect me to a practice near Falcon Road. At this point, I'm genuinely skeptical whether any doctors are even employed at this facility.

Frustrating mix-up with my medication request

I'm a frequent patient at this location, and today my visit was extremely disappointing. I submitted my medication request last Wednesday, which was supposed to be ready by Friday, but it wasn't. The staff member at the front desk not only accused me of being dishonest but also falsely claimed that I had only requested my medication today, which is completely untrue.

Incredibly frustrating. Communication with this medical practice is a nightmare of endless message writing, with no ability to maintain a continuous conversation thread. Instead, you're forced to restart from scratch each time. To make matters worse, they stubbornly refuse to email or mail a simple form, even when provided with a pre-stamped envelope, and expect patients to squander an entire hour just to physically retrieve a single document - in this day and age!!!

This medical clinic is excellent. Their online appointment booking system allows you to easily submit requests and attach relevant images, and they're remarkably responsive. For urgent health concerns, they provide same-day service, which might involve a telephone consultation or an in-person visit, and they can even issue prescriptions remotely. Non-urgent matters are scheduled efficiently, typically within one to two weeks, ensuring patients receive timely care.

Thanks to a routine PSA screening that caught prostate cancer early, I underwent prompt treatment and have been thriving for 15 and a half years now. Couldn't be more grateful for this life-saving medical intervention. What more could I ask for?
