Medical professionals at the practice are widely praised for their expertise, attentiveness, and compassionate approach to patient care. Patients consistently report positive experiences with doctors and nursing staff who demonstrate genuine commitment to their wellbeing, responsiveness to concerns, and willingness to provide thorough consultations. However, reception and administrative services present a significant contrast, with multiple patients describing discourteous interactions, inefficient communication channels, and difficulties with appointment booking and prescription requests. Long phone wait times, slow online responses, and barriers to accessing basic administrative support have been recurring frustrations, with some patients reporting that reception staff display dismissive attitudes and reluctance to assist with routine tasks.
Appointment availability and booking processes show mixed results. While some patients report efficient scheduling and same-day access for urgent matters, others describe persistent problems with appointment registration errors, restrictive booking systems, and extended waits for non-urgent consultations. The practice's transition to online booking platforms has created additional friction for certain patients. Communication infrastructure remains problematic, with complaints about fragmented messaging systems that prevent continuous conversation threads and refusals to use email or postal services for document requests.
Despite these operational challenges, the practice demonstrates strong clinical care and maintains a welcoming physical environment. Patients value the continuity of care available through consistent GP relationships, proactive follow-up from medical staff, and the breadth of services including nursing, physiotherapy, and specialist support. The disparity between clinical excellence and administrative friction suggests that improvements in reception courtesy, appointment systems, and communication channels would significantly enhance the overall patient experience.

Excellent!
Best GP I've Ever Had in Pandemic
I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but locating a reliable general practitioner is such a challenge that I felt driven to share my experience! This truly is the most exceptional GP I've encountered. Sadly, I've relocated and now have a different doctor, which is incredibly disappointing! Throughout the pandemic, they were incredibly supportive and remarkably responsive to my needs. They even proactively reached out to my specialist to verify all details before issuing my prescription. Their level of care and attention is simply outstanding! They consistently provide prompt appointment scheduling as well. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend this medical practice!

Poor!
Rude Front Desk Staff Ruins Medical Practice
The medical professionals at this practice are highly competent, but the reception staff significantly undermine the overall experience. One particular employee answers calls with an abrupt "YEAH?" and communicates in a manner that suggests patients are an absolute inconvenience - creating an unwelcoming environment for individuals seeking healthcare. Attempting to handle administrative tasks like updating my address or requesting prescription refills becomes an exercise in frustration. When I call, I'm consistently redirected to email, and when I ask for the specific email address, I'm tersely told it's on their website. After waiting on hold for nearly half an hour, requesting the email address directly results in an exasperated staff member reluctantly reading it out. It begs the question: why maintain a phone line if the staff are so unwilling to provide basic customer support? While I recognize the practice is undoubtedly busy, a minimal demonstration of courtesy and understanding towards patients would make a substantial difference. The prevailing atmosphere suggests patients are viewed as an irritating disruption rather than individuals seeking care. The staff's attitude is so consistently poor that I genuinely worry it might discourage people from seeking necessary medical attention.

Bad!
Rude Receptionists Ruined My Prescription Request
The medical staff here are phenomenal!! Consistently compassionate and supportive. However, the front desk personnel are absolutely terrible. Whenever I contact them, they display such a dismissive and unpleasant attitude. Just today at 14:25, I requested a prescription renewal - something they've routinely handled by phone for the past three months - and the receptionist flatly refused and offered no alternative. It consistently feels like they're disinterested in providing service and eager to brush patients off as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend this practice at all.

Great team when things get hectic
The staff consistently demonstrate exceptional attentiveness and are quick to respond, going above and beyond even during peak, hectic periods.

Average!
Skilled Doctors, Terrible Front Desk Attitude
Excellent medical facility marred by discourteous, unaccommodating, and unprofessional front desk personnel. Truly disheartening.
