Terrible service and unprofessional patient manager

Absolutely dreadful service The patient service manager is completely incompetent and utterly unable to address the situation I attempted to reschedule my appointment twice due to the doctor's consistent tardiness, and each time the same issue occurred When I approached the patient service manager to discuss this, she claimed it was not management's duty to monitor doctor punctuality. She suggested that doctors manage their own clinic schedules and that I should directly confront the doctors about any concerns. I am formally lodging a complaint about the management, specifically targeting the patient service manager who was present at the Luton surgery on 31/08/2025 at 7:45 in the morning

Terrible phone service from my local medical practice

I'm stuck with this medical practice since it's my only local option. Their phone system is a nightmare - I was left waiting for almost an entire hour, and when I finally get through, the receptionist claims she can't hear me and abruptly ends the call !!!! Arghhh I'm so furious I could scream !!! After being so patient and waiting for so long, they casually disconnect me in mere seconds without a care !!!

Deceptive clinic banned me after emotional support animal

I was directed to this facility for an ultrasound, though I'm typically registered elsewhere. The staff appeared friendly during my visit, but I was subsequently informed that I've been prohibited from future services because I was "excessively anxious" and brought my emotional support animal. Ironically, they initially welcomed and even suggested I bring my support animal into the examination room. My friend accompanied me, prepared to stay with my animal if needed. I only discovered my ban when my general practitioner attempted to submit a new referral. As a result, I'll now need to travel to the main hospital in Dunstable. While I understand if emotional support animals are not typically permitted - which is why my friend was present - I am deeply frustrated by their two-faced approach. They were welcoming and seemingly accommodating in person, only to use my animal's presence as grounds for exclusion from their service. This feels deceptive and unprofessional.

Incompetent doctor dismisses serious child health concerns

This marks my third visit in three weeks regarding my daughter, who's been battling a high fever over 40 degrees since Monday. The doctor's dismissive response that "she looks fine" left me absolutely stunned. NOT OKAY! The appointment started with the doctor arriving 25 minutes late - a delay for which I'm certain I would have been penalized had I been tardy. Moreover, she showed zero remorse or even a simple apology for her tardiness. Her complete lack of empathy was shocking! When I detailed my daughter's ongoing health concerns from the past weeks, especially the recent developments, she casually repeated that my daughter "looks fine" to her. This was hands-down the most frustrating medical consultation I've experienced. While I've typically found this practice to be mediocre but tolerable, today's doctor was spectacularly incompetent. Her unprofessional attitude is absolutely unacceptable. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Terrible gp clinic with unacceptable patient care

I'm having an absolutely terrible experience with this general practice. Their online booking system is completely non-functional. When I went in person due to severe kidney pain, a staff member promised to send me a booking link for an 8 AM appointment the next day. I followed through, but it's been over two weeks and I've received zero response. Forced to seek emergency care, I was redirected to an overcrowded hospital where I endured a grueling three-hour wait. After that ordeal, they finally provided medication and an IV drip, and I didn't get home until six hours later. To make matters worse, I subsequently discovered I'm dealing with both a urinary tract infection and a kidney infection. Their service is utterly unacceptable and completely inadequate.

Terrible baby care with dismissive and unhelpful doctors

No proper medical care for infants I visited this clinic twice with my son, and both experiences were terrible The first time was due to my one-month-old's diarrhea! They instructed me to return after 10 DAYS, despite the condition not improving! A small sample was sent to a laboratory, but I received zero follow-up information The second visit occurred when my 4-month-old was unwell and screaming throughout the night! I scheduled appointments for both of us, though only on separate days were available I received my examination, but when the doctor realized my son also had an appointment, she questioned me and then callously stated ONLY THE PARENTING APPROACH MATTERS, AND BABIES CRY NATURALLY! The prolonged screaming was clearly abnormal, and I was appalled that she blamed me! She even suggested giving water, which is medically incorrect for an infant under 6 months Eventually, I discovered the real cause was a combination of growth spurt, teething, and sleep regression - NOT my parenting skills! I absolutely cannot recommend this medical practice
