My spouse is experiencing similar unprofessional medical management with her strong prescription drugs. I successfully booked a consultation for the following day. The healthcare professional (Lisa B) I met with today was absolutely outstanding. Unhelpful treatment left me in more pain

I was dealing with severe wrist inflammation and excruciating pain that made even holding my phone impossible, so I sought medical assistance. However, the healthcare provider simply handed me some paperwork with recommended exercises and suggested taking paracetamol for pain management, offering no further support. After three days of following their advice and consuming paracetamol, my condition has progressively deteriorated.

The staff are genuinely trying to provide a service, but they're constrained by limitations beyond their control, which isn't simple for them. Worst medical experience ever terrible service everywhere

Completely ineffective service from start to finish. The receptionist was utterly unhelpful, and the doctor was equally incompetent. I was forced to chase around various pharmacies after providing clear instructions about where I wanted my prescription sent. Despite my specific directions, they still managed to forward it to the incorrect location. What's worse, they lacked the decency to even inform me of their mistake.

I encountered a deeply unsatisfactory interaction at the reception today, where the staff member was incredibly discourteous. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, I was abruptly instructed to sit down without any attempt to gather my details. After waiting 40 minutes, I approached the counter seeking clarification, only to be informed that I had supposedly missed my appointment, despite arriving early. The receptionist, named Lisa, then began shouting at me and accusing me of dishonesty, despite having previously prevented me from providing my personal information. This was an exceptionally poor customer service experience. I am astounded that someone working with vulnerable individuals could display such unprofessional and aggressive behaviour without apparent consequence. Although I had never previously complained about this medical practice, the complete lack of respect shown by Lisa was unacceptable. I intend to pursue this matter formally by filing a complaint with the NHS regarding this staff member's conduct. Additionally, I witnessed the same receptionist verbally mistreating another patient, causing them to leave the reception visibly distressed and in tears. I strongly believe that GP Lea Vale or the management responsible for reception staff should critically review and reassess the personnel handling patient interactions, particularly given the sensitive nature of healthcare environments.

Terrible service from unhelpful and arrogant receptionists

I would have awarded zero stars if possible. The Receptionist staff are incredibly unhelpful and discourteous. After wasting ninety minutes attempting to communicate, they redirected me to their website, where the issue could have been resolved via telephone. They appear more interested in hearing themselves talk, consistently interrupting and talking over me with no genuine concern for my needs. I'm relieved this isn't my personal medical practice and deeply sympathize with patients forced to endure such an unprofessional environment. I was making this call on another's behalf because they were being repeatedly dismissed by the receptionist over a straightforward request. I fully intend to file a formal complaint with the CQC, as no medical practice should operate with such blatant disregard for patient communication and service.

worst front desk staff imaginable. appalling conduct. Complete LACK OF ETIQUETTE. seems like their upbringing completely failed to teach basic civility. today, i interacted with an employee named 'Sabnam' and was struck by her total disregard for common courtesy. predictably, she erupted in an unprofessional manner, as is apparently their standard approach. left feeling utterly repulsed. such incompetence is a deplorable misuse of public resources.

Worst customer service nightmare ever experienced

Stuck on hold for a seemingly endless 60 minutes, inching closer to the front of the queue, only to be greeted by an automated message telling me to leave a voicemail. But wait, there's more - attempting to leave said voicemail results in another message declaring the mailbox is completely full. The sheer frustration of potentially urgent situations going unaddressed while this company wastes people's time is infuriating. Someone could be in a critical moment needing immediate assistance, yet they're left hanging with absolutely no recourse. The complete lack of customer service is mind-boggling, and I would gladly assign zero stars if the rating system allowed it, but alas, I'm forced to use the lowest possible option.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical communication

The customer service at this medical practice is absolutely abysmal. I was promised a call at 7:30am, but instead received communication after a two-hour delay. I had specifically requested no calls from unidentified numbers due to the constant barrage of marketing calls. When I finally heard back from the doctor after four hours, her voicemail casually stated she had simply forgotten to call me on time. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. How can a healthcare provider be so careless and disrespectful of a patient's time and concerns? What a complete mockery of professional medical communication.

Terrible medical service with unprofessional staff nightmare

The medical professionals misdiagnosed me with zero competence. Their service is appalling, with a terrible receptionist and even worse doctors and management. I've been suffering for months, and they've done absolutely nothing. Even after my scan results were sent to the GP, they falsely claimed they hadn't received them until I confirmed with the scanning facility that the results were sent. Then they had the nerve to tell me to wait another week for a mere 5-minute appointment - as if that's so difficult for them. Absolutely useless and the worst GP practice in Luton. They should either do their jobs properly or step aside for professionals who actually want to work. The staff are completely incompetent. To make matters worse, the receptionist was inappropriately discussing her personal life, including her Muslim fiancé, in the waiting area and gossiping about patients - how unprofessional and uneducated can they be!
