Terrible service and endless waiting for healthcare help
This has got to be among the most abysmal medical practices in the entire United Kingdom!!!! The telephone wait time is an excruciating hour, after which the receptionist merely directs you to complete some bureaucratic form and then endure days of waiting for a GP callback! Should you happen to miss their singular attempt to reach you because you aren't permanently attached to your mobile device, you're forced to restart the entire frustrating process from scratch!!! The level of service is frankly more dysfunctional than healthcare systems in developing nations!!!

Pharmacy fail putting my health at serious risk
I've submitted prescription refill requests on three separate occasions, yet the pharmacy remains unresponsive! This is an absolutely unacceptable scenario that potentially jeopardizes patient health. These are critical medications we depend on, and the delay is completely unacceptable. The level of service incompetence is truly shocking.
