Despite the negative feedback in previous reviews, we decided to give this place a try. Our 10:30 appointment led to being seen by Dr. Jabeen after just 10 minutes, and she was incredibly pleasant. I have absolutely no issues to report. Whenever I contact the reception, I rarely find myself waiting long to have my call answered, and the staff consistently demonstrate a helpful attitude. I sincerely hope this level of service continues. Appreciate it.

When I initially registered with this medical practice last year, it was fantastic! Booking appointments was a breeze, and consultations were consistently punctual. Nowadays, securing an appointment feels like an insurmountable challenge, even when I dial precisely at 8am or 2pm. It's truly disheartening because this surgery was once exceptional. I'm puzzled by negative comments about the staff, as my interactions with the receptionists have always been pleasant and supportive. They remain courteous and helpful during every call. The doctors continue to be compassionate and understanding. The real disappointment lies in the deteriorating appointment system, which now mirrors the frustrating experiences of other medical practices: nearly impossible to schedule a consultation.

It's perplexing how whenever a patient attempts to discuss concerns with management, the supervisor mysteriously vanishes. The hiring standards for reception seem remarkably low, with seemingly no emphasis on proper training or even the most fundamental customer service skills.
