Unhelpful staff ruin an otherwise good medical experience

I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 PM last week, and upon arrival, the receptionist claimed I was an hour early, insisting my appointment was at 4:30 PM, despite my objections. Only after showing her the text confirmation did she acknowledge her error. People do make mistakes! Today, I needed a medical certificate for insurance, but the receptionist was adamant that a sick note would be acceptable, even though the insurance company explicitly stated otherwise. She was dismissive and unwilling to hear my explanation, leaving me frustrated. Since I'm currently unable to walk, I'll have to visit in person with the insurance company's email, as there's no email contact for the surgery to forward the information. If you're unwell and seeking assistance, I'm afraid their attitude was thoroughly unprofessional! However, I must commend the doctors' care, which has been absolutely excellent. Regards.

I attempted to schedule a consultation, but the rigid scheduling policy appears absurdly inflexible, offering zero options for professionals with demanding work schedules who cannot adjust their availability. It feels like an outright mockery of employed individuals, once more disadvantaging those who contribute to society through work and taxation. This approach generates unwarranted anxiety. The apparent complexity of coordinating a basic appointment time is truly mind-boggling - I'm genuinely bewildered by how complicated they've managed to make such a straightforward process.

Terrible doctors misdiagnosed my private health issue

This medical practice is absolutely terrible, with doctors who seem clueless about health concerns. Last year, I consulted them about a sensitive personal health issue, having already done some preliminary research. When I saw the female doctor, she diagnosed something entirely different from my initial understanding. I wasn't convinced by her explanation and continued to experience increasing discomfort and pain in the affected area. Feeling unsatisfied, I sought a second opinion with another physician, who surprisingly confirmed my original suspicion - the exact thing the first doctor had dismissed. Now, because the condition has progressed, I might require surgical intervention. I strongly urge anyone who values their health to avoid this medical facility at all costs. If I could rate them lower than one star, I absolutely would, but I'm forced to give that minimum rating just to share my warning. Their incompetence and lack of proper medical assessment could potentially harm patients' health and well-being.

Nightmare surgery with incompetent medical staff

ABSOLUTE WORST SURGICAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I'd prefer death over returning to this place ever again!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Felt like I was being handled by a farmhand instead of a medical professional!! They can't even communicate properly, let alone address the reason for my visit!!

Absolutely terrible customer service, with a receptionist displaying an unprofessional attitude who wouldn't even share her name. She clearly lacks the necessary interpersonal skills for her role and shows no empathy whatsoever. While the medical professionals have been excellent, the front desk staff are shockingly discourteous and unwelcoming.

Terrible service with unfair and rude appointment system

It appears their scheduling process is deeply flawed and potentially manipulated. They seem to prioritize their own staff when allocating appointment slots. I was eighth in line today, yet completely denied service as they mysteriously limited appointments to just seven for the entire day !!!!!! Additionally, no openings are available tomorrow or the following day !!!!!! Four physicians were present during the shift, yet only seven appointments were offered !!!!! Furthermore, the receptionist displayed an extremely unhelpful attitude, treating our urgent medical situation with total indifference

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs

Absolutely dreadful medical practice - the front desk staff are completely unhelpful and as responsive as a concrete barrier, while the physicians display total indifference. My mother has repeatedly attempted to secure an appointment by calling first thing Monday morning. Positioned 30th in the queue, and when she finally connects, no slots are open. In a prior visit, she was forced to waste half an hour waiting in a practically vacant reception area during her lunch break. The entire experience is utterly ridiculous.

They've been remarkably accommodating in scheduling appointments when I've had urgent needs. Their communication is excellent, consistently sending reminder letters for annual check-ups and appointment texts. Every physician I've encountered has been meticulous and genuinely attentive, always willing to provide comprehensive care and make referrals when appropriate. Dr. Matta stands out as particularly compassionate and empathetic. Despite his clearly busy schedule, he has an extraordinary ability to make patients feel completely heard and valued, dedicating what seems like unlimited time to understanding and addressing your specific health concerns.

Terrible service putting my mum's health at risk

I reached out on behalf of my mother regarding her medication, which she had requested four days prior, yet the surgery had failed to send her prescription. For four days, my mum was left struggling without her essential medication. Upon inquiring, they casually admitted the staff member had simply forgotten, offering a nonchalant apology as if the oversight was inconsequential. Adding to the frustration, my mother couldn't even obtain an emergency supply. Their restrictive prescription policy of providing only 28 tablets per pack, which covers just three weeks, prevents patients from ordering in advance—a system that is incredibly inconvenient and disheartening. This experience was particularly surprising, given the typically helpful nature of their staff. It's clear that significant improvements are needed in their approach to managing and processing patient prescriptions and addressing patient concerns.
