Endless waiting for a simple phone appointment
Received a text reminder about a scheduled phone consultation for blood test results, initially set for 10th March, with a rescheduled appointment on 18th March between 9 and 1. Currently, it's 2:20 PM, and I still haven't received the anticipated call. I contacted the medical practice at 1 PM, only to be informed I was next in line for the doctor's call. At 1:30 PM, I was told he was running behind but would call shortly. By 2 PM, I was informed he was out on home visits but en route back. Absolutely ridiculous

Worst medical experience ever with horrible staff
The NHS Surgery is an absolute embarrassment, completely unacceptable and disrespectful towards patients. Their entire operation is a total farce. When I attempted to schedule an in-person doctor's appointment, I was instructed to call back the following morning at 8 AM. After enduring a lengthy wait time when I did so, I was informed no appointments were accessible. They subsequently proposed a telephone consultation for the subsequent week. I scheduled an appointment for 12 PM, yet no call materialized until 1:19 PM. Upon contacting them again, I encountered incredibly discourteous reception staff who provided zero apology. This is unfortunately not an isolated incident. Consequently, I was compelled to cancel the appointment due to prior commitments. I am now compelled to seek alternative medical care, and in the interim, I will be formally lodging a complaint with the NHS regarding their appalling service standards.

Terrible service ruins good medical care
Despite the competent medical staff, the front desk personnel leave much to be desired. The receptionists consistently exhibit an attitude of superiority and are seldom accommodating, appearing completely disinterested in assisting patients. They always have a repertoire of excuses ready but never offer any meaningful assistance. Securing an appointment feels like an improbable stroke of luck. The process for scheduling blood tests and collecting urine samples is disorganized and inefficient. Management urgently needs to reassess and enhance their internal customer service protocols.

While booking appointments is challenging right now - which seems to be a widespread issue across all healthcare providers - people should understand the current pressures. Instead of complaining about long-standing health concerns, patients would be better served by visiting the urgent GP services at A&E if their situation is genuinely pressing.

Terrible phone system wastes precious healthcare time
Attempting to schedule an appointment is a challenge in itself. This morning, I called just before 8 AM and found the lines closed, then immediately redialed at 8 AM only to be 37th in the queue. I'm calling for a friend who has been suffering from serious health issues for an extended period. The whole process is utterly absurd. In previous interactions, when I've eventually managed to reach a staff member, they've been courteous and supportive. However, the difficulty in simply making initial contact is completely unacceptable.

I've been a patient at this medical practice for approximately two months. The staff at the front desk and the physicians meet the standard expectations for a typical healthcare facility. Shocking medical neglect of a suffering young patient
Absolutely appalling and dismissive. My 20-year-old sister has been extremely unwell for 4 months now. She keeps getting repeated colds. Her face and mouth are covered in spots, her hands are trembling, and she's sleeping excessively and not acting like herself. We arranged private blood tests in London which returned with alarming red markings, indicating iron deficiency, infections, and other issues. We contacted the GP and she received a call from Dr. Matta, who claimed these blood tests were fabricated and simply advised her to take paracetamol and eat well. He refused to order additional tests or even examine her. He completely disregarded her concerns and mockingly suggested the tests were fake - how utterly unprofessional. She's just 20 years old and seriously ill - how can they continue to operate like this!

The front desk staff consistently display an unwarranted sense of superiority, and the physician appears solely focused on expediting patient interactions. Seriously consider alternative healthcare providers. Dr. Javinne ranks among the most discourteous and ineffective medical professionals imaginable! Someone urgently needs to educate her on basic interpersonal skills and patient communication. Her approach involves systematically undermining patients' concerns. Worst medical experience with rude staff and doctors
The staff at this medical practice are incredibly discourteous, starting with the receptionists who are nearly impossible to reach by phone, even when you're first in line. Dr. Jebin (or however their name is spelled) was particularly offensive towards my mother, criticizing her English language skills in a demeaning manner. The doctor actually suggested that since they could learn English, my mother should be able to do the same, and proceeded to lecture her about it. This isn't an isolated incident, as I've experienced previous unpleasant interactions with this same doctor. The overall attitude of the personnel is condescending, with many staff members acting superior and looking down on patients. I absolutely would not recommend anyone seek medical care at this surgery under any circumstances.

Terrible service and unhelpful staff at this place
On their website, they claim to be open, with a potential adjustment for Good Friday, but I repeatedly attempted to contact them from 8:11 until 11:30, and no one answered or even put me on hold. I wouldn't even award them a single star. Moreover, in previous interactions, the receptionists have been incredibly discourteous, acting as if they're doing us a favor when they're simply performing their job duties - just like how we all work in our respective roles. If they're so dissatisfied with their work, one wonders why they continue to occupy that position.

Horrible customer service for crohns disease support
I informed them about my son's severe Crohns disease suffering, and they directed me to complete an online application form. Their response revealed they won't process registrations until April. The telephone staff were unhelpful, suggesting that if you're fortunate, someone might eventually respond. Completely useless interaction...

Fantastic doctors let down by terrible receptionists
The medical professionals at this practice are incredibly competent and skilled, but their front desk staff consistently demonstrate a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Whenever I call, the receptionists make me feel insignificant and uninformed about my own medical concerns. They seem to lack empathy and fail to understand that their primary role is to support and assist patients. If they cannot provide basic customer service and address patient needs, they are fundamentally undermining the purpose of a healthcare facility.
