I visited their website to share a Google review, and I'm not surprised that customers have refrained from giving even a single star, with everyone expressing extreme frustration. I was forced to wait a staggering 45 minutes just to receive an injection, which is absolutely unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service. Worst medical care ever with constant cancellations

I'm completely baffled by their supposed care. For two months, I've experienced nothing but inconsistency and frustration. One day they claim the doctor is ill, the next my appointment is mysteriously canceled. Their incompetence is so extreme that if you're looking to hasten your demise, this place would certainly help you achieve that goal.

Painful eye, zero help at clinic

I explicitly requested they schedule me for today due to an eye infection, but they show zero concern for patients. What's the point of running a GP if you're unwilling to provide appointments? It's absurd to suggest I travel to another location when your clinic is right next to me. I attempted to call precisely at 8 o'clock, but no one answered. When I repeatedly tried calling back, they kept disconnecting my calls. Upon arriving in person, they claimed 8 or 9 people were waiting and made excuses. Seriously, just hire more staff members. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm definitely never returning to this place.

Frustrating wait for care at local surgery

The staff here are completely incompetent in patient care. I requested an urgent appointment today since I've completed my blood tests and need to discuss medication with a doctor, but they're telling me my next slot is next week at Tudor center - are you serious? This is how they handle healthcare? What's the purpose of having a surgery right next door if I'm forced to travel far to other centers? The receptionist even had the audacity to provide unsolicited medical advice, saying my blood test is normal and I should continue medication - why would I keep taking pills if my test results are normal? I'm so frustrated that I wouldn't even give them a single star. Someone needs to investigate how they're recklessly playing with patients' health and lives. Their approach is completely unacceptable.

Awful experience

The Indian receptionist lady treated me without ANY respect,didn't try to help me with my wrong appointment that was been made for my son,she close me the window after she said to give them a call in another day(I did contact them 2 weeks before and they said that someone will call me back,didn't happen,call them back and they didn't answer for days so I had to go there)I had the worst experience ever.And I'm quite sure that 2 weeks ago when I tried to get the right appointment same person didn't helped me over the phone. Her lovely colleague sorted everything for me in less than a minute by send a message to the clinic.Never in my life I didn't experience something like this!

Stuck in roadwork and ignored at tudor practice

This medical practice is barely passable and directed me to Tudor Medical Practice due to their lack of available appointments. I was previously a patient there and had to depart because of their terrible service, and three years later, nothing has improved. I arrived 10 minutes late because of roadwork traffic and attempted to call ahead, but as always, I couldn't connect. The receptionist made me wait 30 minutes just to inform me I wouldn't be seen, while the nurse ignored messages despite an empty waiting room. This practice shows zero concern for patient health - simply avoid them at all costs. I wanted to post this review on their website but was prevented from doing so. It's no wonder people are constantly suffering. If healthcare professionals lack compassion and are only working for a paycheck, they shouldn't be in medicine at all. People's lives are at stake, and these staff would be better suited to a job with minimal human interaction. My strong recommendation to all patients: ABANDON TUDOR MEDICAL PRACTICE IMMEDIATELY!!
