Long phone queue killed my patience
What a terrible surgical practice. Their appointment scheduling is a nightmare, with phone wait times stretching to 4 hours, and when you finally get through, the conversation lasts a mere 30-40 seconds. It feels like you've wasted hours in the queue just to be brushed off quickly. Securing an appointment seems impossible. Even calling after 4 PM results in endless waiting, and their system automatically disconnects when you're fourth in line. Worse still, if you attempt to book in person, they insist appointments are only available by phone, effectively excluding those without phone access or experiencing technical issues. Absolutely frustrating. We're immensely relieved to have returned to Whitmore Reans surgery.

Absolutely terrible personnel and medical practice. Every single weekday, I attempted to reach the GP office at 8:00 am, enduring a frustrating 55-minute wait just to be told no appointments were available. People seek medical help when they're unwell, yet this center seems completely uninterested in patient care. Their staff appears completely disengaged and unprofessional. Even giving them one star feels overly generous. I sincerely hope local authorities intervene and shut down this incompetent medical practice.

Dangerous gp failed my son's health check
This general practice is absolutely the worst in England. They should be shut down immediately as they provide no value whatsoever. Despite being patients here for over three years, my family has only managed to secure two appointments in total. When my son developed extensive body rashes, I contacted the practice and spoke with a doctor who committed to a video consultation to assess his condition. We waited expectantly, but no call ever came. Ultimately, I was forced to take my son to the emergency department, where medical staff informed me the condition was critical and demanded urgent medical intervention. Patients beware: do not depend on this practice, as they seem to work against your interests rather than for them. Young children are particularly at risk and should never be registered with this practice, as their health and safety are potentially compromised. These practitioners urgently require comprehensive review by regulatory bodies, and their closure seems not just desirable but necessary. The NHS and government must intervene decisively before irreparable harm occurs.

Dr Adrian Fletcher and Lorna Lee have been exceptional. I've been struggling with mental health challenges for years, and I've never encountered a physician as genuinely committed to helping me as Dr Adrian Fletcher. He truly listens and takes the time to understand my situation, unlike many general practitioners who seem eager to rush patients out. I'm deeply grateful that he's provided the support I need and remained patient and compassionate throughout my treatment. Moreover, he has also treated other family members for various medical concerns, demonstrating his broad expertise and consistently offering thoughtful, in-depth consultations about health matters.
