Long wait, pharmacy closed before script arrived

As someone visiting this practice, we spent three hours attempting to obtain a prescription without success. Following an hour of waiting for the prescription, the pharmacy closed before we could collect it. We were then instructed to take the prescription, which still had not been provided, to an alternative pharmacy location. This experience was frustrating and fell short of expectations.
