I've been a patient at this medical practice since the beginning, and since the Covid-19 pandemic, I haven't been able to see a general practitioner in person. Even obtaining an online consultation seems impossible. The staff appear more interested in chatting among themselves than responding to phone calls. If I were to pass away tomorrow, I would prefer they do not send a doctor from this practice to confirm my death, as they clearly have no familiarity with me or my appearance.

It appears that the front desk staff are engaged in an unspoken contest to determine who can be the most discourteous to patients, whether through phone interactions or face-to-face encounters. Moreover, when scheduling appointments, they consistently push the date out 2 to 3 weeks, only to abruptly cancel with merely an hour's notice. Their unprofessional behavior is so frustrating that I'm reluctant to even grant them the minimal rating of one star.

Worst hospital ever terrible care and dangerous doctors
This place deserves less than zero stars! The staff are incredibly incompetent.. they'd watch you die right in front of them without lifting a finger, just staring blankly like some brain-dead zombies. I was battling a serious infection, and instead of providing the correct treatment, the doctors at Oliver Hospital prescribed me a completely inappropriate medication that gave me terrible side effects and nearly killed me. When I tried to get answers, they claimed the doctor wasn't available - just another lie in their endless performance of medical negligence. Every single person there is part of this deceptive charade. I refuse to let this go quietly. I'm taking legal action because what happened to me could happen to someone else. We need to unite and expose their dangerous practices to prevent more innocent patients from suffering! Oliver Road Hospital absolutely does not deserve any recommendation 👎

My interaction with the receptionist was extremely unsatisfactory. I called to discuss a matter concerning my daughter and explained the situation to her. She responded dismissively, saying "okay, there's no issue" and claimed she couldn't assist me. When I mentioned it was about my daughter's prescription, she simply apologized and repeated that she couldn't help. I merely requested confirmation about whether the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. This isn't the first instance of poor customer treatment - they seem to communicate as if we, the customers, are responsible for their apparent job dissatisfaction or inadequate compensation.

While the doctors are acceptable, the front desk personnel are completely useless. After my appointment, I requested access to the restrooms, which were locked. Despite showing my pregnancy badge indicating I'm seven months pregnant, the staff callously denied me toilet access, claiming they were being cleaned.
