Disappointing decline in healthcare service quality

The quality of service has significantly declined across the board in recent times. Eliminating the messaging system provides absolutely zero advantages for patients. Front desk staff appear poorly equipped with information. Scheduling appointments has become a challenge. Medical documents, such as blood test reports, consistently contain notable gaps. The entire system seems designed to benefit the practice rather than patients. Dr. Arnold's exit is deeply regrettable. She was the critical element holding everything together. Despite the response provided, no management representative has ever engaged with me regarding my feedback or its content. In fact, I recently reiterated my concerns to a receptionist, requesting her to relay my inquiry about the messaging service's removal. Predictably, I received no response.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Seyedeh, who went to extraordinary lengths to help us secure a Covid vaccine for my mother with brain damage. She is truly an invaluable member of the practice, and her kindness is remarkable. I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional this practice is - we transferred mum here from Wentworth, where we had consistently faced significant challenges. The transformation has been incredible. We were thrilled and had almost forgotten what it feels like to be treated with genuine human care, not just enduring a 45-minute wait. Everyone has been prompt and compassionate, and we have received outstanding care from the entire team. Unlike Wentworth, where communication was always a frustrating ordeal, here we have felt completely supported. We are profoundly thankful - and I apologize for not expressing this often enough - you have not only kept a vulnerable adult safe but have also significantly eased our lives. Given my specific family medical history, the practice recommended blood tests at Finchley Memorial Hospital. These tests ultimately revealed a significant, previously undetected health issue. Worst healthcare experience with unprofessional staff ever

Hello, I believe there has been a misunderstanding. They became agitated by my complaint. I'm uncertain why my medication was altered. I was dismissed after two warnings. It's truly appalling. As a patient, my medication has been changed without explanation. I'm completely unaware of how to use it. My medical registration has been terminated.🤦‍♂️ Despite apologizing multiple times for the misunderstanding, their supervisor has ignored me for nearly a month. My mental state is extremely fragile. This is absolutely the most terrible medical facility I've ever encountered. Their staff is incredibly disrespectful. Even with full knowledge of my mental health crisis, they withheld my medication and canceled my registration.

Incompetent doctors fail to provide proper medical care

Absolutely terrible medical professionals!!! These doctors are completely clueless about patient care! They seem utterly incompetent when it comes to prescribing appropriate treatments for symptoms. I was forced to return to my home country to seek proper medical assistance, only to discover that the medications I needed were actually readily accessible in the UK and should have been prescribed by my GP a full year earlier. I was ultimately compelled to contact 111 to obtain an urgent prescription because the medical staff were far too indifferent to handle it themselves! Moreover, the practice's management is completely unwilling to address even the most straightforward customer complaint.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

This establishment is absolutely terrible, and if you dare to voice a complaint, they'll immediately shut you down with a "zero tolerance" policy, forcing you to seek services elsewhere. I've been waiting endlessly for my appointment and medication, and despite providing them with visual documentation of my situation, I received no updates about my medication or routine check-up. When I followed up, they consulted management and redirected me to register at a different location. It's unbelievable how they handle complaints - you'll be told to get a new "go" (referral) if you raise any concerns!!!!!

The receptionist (whose name sounds like Maryan or Maryam) at the medical office displayed an appalling level of discourtesy during our phone interaction, ultimately ending by abruptly disconnecting the call. Her conduct struck me as utterly inappropriate for someone employed in a customer-facing role who appears incapable of addressing inquiries with basic human decency. Adding to the distressing encounter, she even went so far as to suggest summoning law enforcement during our conversation. As a front-line representative, she fundamentally fails to grasp that her role demands maintaining a professional demeanor under all circumstances - a standard she has egregiously overlooked. I am deeply upset by this experience and am prepared to escalate the matter if necessary, as her unacceptable treatment cannot be ignored.

Incredible medical practice with compassionate care

Absolutely top-notch in every way. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive (contrary to some other reviews I've read). I've been a patient here for several years and frequently handle errands for my roommates. Their staff consistently demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness, both in person and over the phone. The physicians are exceptional. I have a complicated array of interconnected medical conditions, and they navigate my care with remarkable skill. They were particularly compassionate during the pandemic, which added layers of complexity to my health management and must have been incredibly challenging for them. While all the doctors are outstanding, I want to highlight Dr Chong specifically. She has an extraordinary talent for explaining medical information with clarity and precision, without ever coming across as condescending. Simply put, this is an extraordinary medical practice with an truly remarkable team. (I only wish I could rate them higher than five stars).

Regarding wait times, I have a different perspective. In the rare instances where I've experienced around a 30-minute delay, I'm profoundly appreciative of simply being treated through our complimentary national health service. People should consider the alternative of living in a country without such healthcare. It's crucial to recognize the value of a system accessible to everyone. While there's always room for enhancement, I'm deeply thankful for a healthcare service we can all utilize. If a brief wait is the trade-off for such comprehensive care, I'm completely fine with that.
