Her interaction with children and parents during vaccination appointments is truly remarkable. The vaccination process can be intimidating for everyone, but Michelle's warm demeanor, engaging personality, and skillful ability to divert attention are absolutely praiseworthy. The front desk staff go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs, even when the practice is overwhelmed with patients. Unhelpful nurse ruins routine flu vaccination experience

During my parents' flu vaccination appointment, they inquired about the frequency of travel vaccinations for South Asia. The nurse's response was shockingly unprofessional. She abruptly dismissed them, claiming she was too busy with other patients and couldn't provide an answer. Her attitude suggested that vaccine-related travel questions were inappropriate for a flu shot nurse. This type of customer service is completely unacceptable. The nurse could have easily addressed their query courteously, even if she didn't know the exact details. Her brusque and unhelpful demeanor was inexcusable. The staff's rudeness was truly disappointing and reflects poorly on the healthcare facility's standards of patient interaction.

Worst medical reception ever avoid at all costs

The reception at this medical practice is utterly unacceptable. Every attempt to schedule an appointment is met with abrasive, unhelpful, and frequently discourteous staff. Their most infuriating trait is the attitude of superiority, as if assisting patients is an inconvenience. During a particularly challenging period, when I was emotionally vulnerable, instead of offering support, they callously told me to leave. Prescription management is so poorly executed that I now rely entirely on my pharmacist to avoid interacting with the surgery. When seeking an urgent consultation, they provide zero flexibility, responding with a blunt rejection without offering any alternative solutions. As a professional who understands scheduling constraints, I recognize the challenges of managing appointments, but these receptionists cannot even meet the most basic standard of customer service by making a genuine effort to accommodate patient needs.
