This medical practice at Old Trafford is absolutely terrible. Why must patients endure a three-week wait for a prescription renewal that could easily be processed immediately? Some staff members desperately need improved training in customer service and patient communication. The fact that patients are forced to wait two or three weeks for an appointment or a repeated prescription is completely unacceptable. The entire operation is utterly disgraceful.

Instead of immediate assistance, I was offered a phone consultation two weeks from now, simply because my medication isn't on automatic refill due to a potential tablet adjustment. It's completely ridiculous. Their suggestion was to contact 111, which I find utterly useless. The service is so poor that I'd give zero stars if possible, but was forced to select one to submit my review.

Throughout my two-year experience with this practice, I've never seen the same doctor twice, and I've been consistently dismissed, deceived, and given the runaround regarding my persistent health concerns.
