As someone with medical expertise, I often find myself catastrophizing when unwell, losing all professional perspective. A few individuals deserve special recognition: Dr Iqbal - who helped me regain mobility after I feared severe pelvic damage post-childbirth, when in reality I was suffering from an incredibly debilitating urinary tract infection. Dr Joe Rylands - for his exceptional professionalism in treating both myself and my husband following the urine infection, ensuring I received the necessary extended antibiotic treatment during my continued discomfort. Terrible service at old trafford medical practice
This medical practice at Old Trafford is absolutely terrible. Why must patients endure a three-week wait for a prescription renewal that could easily be processed immediately? Some staff members desperately need improved training in customer service and patient communication. The fact that patients are forced to wait two or three weeks for an appointment or a repeated prescription is completely unacceptable. The entire operation is utterly disgraceful.

Living with a spinal condition, I sought another pain medication prescription. Instead of immediate assistance, I was offered a phone consultation two weeks from now, simply because my medication isn't on automatic refill due to a potential tablet adjustment. It's completely ridiculous. Their suggestion was to contact 111, which I find utterly useless. The service is so poor that I'd give zero stars if possible, but was forced to select one to submit my review.

These physicians spend appointments searching online for symptoms and hastily prescribing medications.
