Of all the care they provide, the administrative staff and prescription department demonstrate the absolute minimum effort. No matter how many communication attempts I made—via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions—they seemed incapable of comprehending a simple prescription modification. Her dismissive tone was devastating, and when I explained my genuine medical need, she suggested I go to a pharmacy, seemingly implying I was seeking a free prescription. At the pharmacy, the staff were appalled by my experience. They provided me with a cream, but the instructions explicitly stated that pregnant women should only use it under direct medical supervision. I was left bewildered: how can I obtain professional medical advice when the doctor refuses to see me? This experience was an absolute nightmare.

One good doctor amid total chaos
Extremely poor general practice. The clinic's environment is gloomy, depressing, and deteriorating. Even more frustrating is the administrative chaos within this medical center. While they suggest a two-week timeline for new patient registration, they somehow managed to drag it out to a month and still couldn't complete it, instructing us to restart the entire application process. When I needed an urgent medical scan, they took over three weeks and still failed to process the referral properly. The entire operation is a complete mess. The only reason this gets two stars is Dr. Chavvakula - a genuinely compassionate and professional physician who personally intervened to address the referral problem. Sadly, the reception and administrative staff are so incompetent and unhelpful that it makes continuing with this practice impossible.

Hands down the most unprofessional medical facility and healthcare providers I've encountered. Met with a "medical professional" (a physician assistant trainee) named FRANCIS, Anusha (Ms). Visited due to a skin condition. She promised to phone me within an hour with medication details. Instead, she documented that I refused treatment and never provided a prescription. When I contacted the clinic, the reception staff attempted to reschedule me for another week. After heated discussion, they claimed she would reach out. Absolutely no communication.
