Bad!

Terrible doctor with zero patient care

I desperately want to give zero stars - this practice is a complete disgrace. Dr. Gupta demonstrates extreme rudeness and appears solely focused on financial gain. During your brief 10-minute consultation, you're strictly limited to discussing one specific pain issue. Should you mention another medical concern, he'll abruptly dismiss you and demand you schedule an entirely separate appointment, even if you've barely been in the office for 5 minutes. I sincerely wish I could file a formal complaint against him with the appropriate medical boards. My strongest advice: stay far away from this doctor.

Bad!

Unhelpful doctor with poor bedside manner

Dr. Gupta's approach is frustratingly dismissive, consistently falling back on generic phrases like 'it's normal, aging happens, medications cost money'. It's clear he's no longer suitable for medical practice and appears to have lost sight of a physician's fundamental responsibilities. Whenever I schedule an appointment, I deliberately try to avoid him, as his demeanor is demoralizing and he makes patients feel insignificant and undeserving of his high-priced treatments.

Unacceptable medical treatment betrays patient trust

I am utterly appalled that my physician unilaterally decreased my pain medication without even discussing it with me first! This is a prescription that my pain specialist specifically requested the general practitioner to prescribe. Moreover, I am already behind on my scheduled pain injections. If anything, my medication dosage should be increased, not diminished. I am extremely aggravated by this additional, unwarranted source of stress.

Bad!

Worst medical practice ever run by incompetent staff

This has got to be the most horrendous medical practice conceivable. Deserving less than a single star, but I'm forced to give it that. The so-called 'physicians' are utterly ineffective, bordering on complete ineptitude, showing zero compassion or willingness to assist. The quality of care is abysmal, and the majority of staff, save for a couple of receptionists, are downright discourteous and disrespectful. Steer clear of this establishment as if it were a deadly pandemic. Make sure to document and report your encounters to the Care Quality Commission.

Terrible service at medical clinic ruins patient experience

Completely ineffective front desk staff, with my wife receiving text notifications about a phone consultation that actually turned out to be an in-person meeting. Throughout the entire day, they've been dodging her attempts to clarify the situation.

Disappointing decline from once-excellent medical practice

I've been a patient at this medical practice for over a decade, and initially, the care was exceptional. However, since their relocation, the quality has significantly deteriorated. I've experienced two referrals that were mishandled, which unnecessarily extended my waiting period and made me feel like an unwelcome burden they were eager to be rid of.

Bad!

Terrible healthcare experience with unprofessional doctor

I've been dealing with this GPS service for over eight years, and throughout that time, I've been consistently made to feel insignificant, dishonest, and as though my time is of no value. I found myself in tears while the physician displayed a smug demeanor, answering multiple phone calls before I ultimately requested to depart. Their performance is consistently subpar, leaving the patient to shoulder the burden of their inadequacies. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Heartless staff ignore vulnerable refugee's desperate plea

The organization demonstrates a complete lack of compassion, humanity, and basic empathy, with profit seemingly their sole motivation. I witnessed a deeply distressing scenario involving a vulnerable refugee attempting to obtain a HC1 form. He approached the reception desk multiple times, only to be repeatedly rejected by indifferent administrative staff. Intervening on his behalf, I called the surgery from my mobile and was informed that the forms were indeed available. During his subsequent attempts, the man became visibly distraught, explaining his refugee status, financial hardship, and urgent need for depression medication. The staff remained coldly unresponsive. When he requested assistance with printing the form, they spent 15 frustrating minutes explaining online availability, seemingly oblivious to his lack of funds to even access a library printer. This represents a shocking decline in professional standards and compassionate care. I was tempted to confront the receptionist, emphasizing that such treatment contradicts fundamental British values of supporting vulnerable individuals. The karmic principle of "what goes around comes around" felt particularly relevant. Medical practices must fundamentally reassess their approach, prioritizing considerate treatment of vulnerable patients and ensuring universal access to essential healthcare - a basic human right that should never be compromised.

Terrible medical service with rude and unhelpful staff

Absolutely worthless! The front desk staff member, speaking with a distinct accent, was brazenly disrespectful and seemed to believe she had total authority over patient medications. The physicians completely ignore patient concerns and either attempt to placate you with mood-altering drugs for joint discomfort or provide zero meaningful assistance. Obtaining repeat prescriptions from this practice is an utterly frustrating ordeal. Their level of professional incompetence is simply staggering.

Terrible customer service ruins medical experience

The front desk staff displayed an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism, treating patients with complete disrespect. When I requested to reschedule my appointment after spending three-quarters of an hour in the waiting room with my fussy infant who was due for his immunization, the receptionist became confrontational and adamantly refused to accommodate my reasonable request. This medical practice's customer service is utterly deplorable, and I will definitely be seeking care elsewhere.
