Poor!
Stuck waiting weeks for a simple appointment
Registered with the practice and was informed to call at 8am for an appointment, which I've been doing daily. However, they're consistently fully booked at that time, and after 4-5 weeks, I've yet to see a GP or nurse as a new patient, despite being told this was necessary. If they can't accommodate new patients, they shouldn't be accepting them in the first place.

Dr Fernando made my day better
We've been patients at this medical practice for an extended period. The staff are consistently courteous and highly professional. The reception team is friendly and consistently supportive. We've consulted with the general practitioner multiple times, both for scheduled and urgent consultations, and have always had a positive experience. Specifically, we primarily saw Dr Fernando, and I can honestly say he is the most exceptional doctor I've ever encountered. He is genuinely compassionate, an attentive listener, and provides excellent medical advice and treatment recommendations.

Debbie sorted my prescription troubles
I am incredibly satisfied with the Links medical practice. They manage a bustling environment and face the challenging task of caring for a massive patient population in Bromley North. Daily, they handle emotionally distressed and confused individuals - including myself and my family. I want to extend a deeply heartfelt appreciation and award them five stars for their exceptional care. Since becoming a patient in 1999, I've experienced numerous health challenges, yet my treatment has consistently been outstanding. Previously, I struggled with prescription collection, but since Debbie, the new prescriptions clerk, joined, those issues have completely disappeared. Debbie is not only highly competent but also wonderfully approachable. I'm excited about the upcoming prescriptions workshop, which I believe is an excellent initiative. I've also found it helpful to contact the pharmacy the day before my prescription is due to ensure availability. I particularly want to acknowledge Christine, the remarkable head receptionist whose comprehensive understanding of the practice's operations has always enabled her to assist me with appointments and inquiries. My doctor, Dr Mensah, has been phenomenal throughout my care. Additionally, Dr Hanna, Dr Chavakula, and Dr Chris have all contributed significantly to my excellent healthcare. I'm delighted with the new GP and wish her the very best. Sincere thanks and God bless.
