The personnel at this facility display a shocking level of ineptitude, with the medical professionals being particularly problematic. A specific physician neglected to complete a prescription that remains unresolved. I've been persistently following up daily regarding critical medication for a young child battling an infection. Their complete disregard for patient welfare is utterly appalling. Upon contacting the front desk, they bizarrely stated they had no knowledge of the situation—which is completely unbelievable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this healthcare provider at all costs.

The medical staff were completely incompetent. I arrived with a severely immobilized neck, and the physician merely prescribed medication without proper investigation. A month later, my condition remained unchanged, yet they continued to hand out pills without any meaningful assessment. Their physiotherapy team was equally useless, essentially asking me what treatment I wanted - an absurd and unprofessional approach that involved zero actual examination. Eventually, I ended up in the hospital after collapsing from nerve compression and a devastating bacterial infection that was destroying my cervical vertebrae. I spent three months hospitalized on intensive antibiotic treatment. As a result, I am now permanently disabled with extremely restricted life prospects. Thanks to Listerhouse for their appalling medical negligence - I'm almost surprised I haven't pursued legal action against them.

The consultation with Dr. Sharon Grayeff was markedly unprofessional from the start. She appeared hurried and disinterested, failing to genuinely listen to or address our child's medical concerns. My wife felt the consultation was perfunctory and ended abruptly without offering any meaningful guidance or resolution. When I attempted to help clarify the situation by phone, Dr. Grayeff unexpectedly terminated the call and promptly escorted my wife and child from the room. Notably, despite claiming to be pressed for time, she then spent approximately 10 minutes in conversation with the receptionist. We were left feeling marginalized, frustrated, and genuinely worried about the standard of medical care being offered. We believe patients—particularly young, vulnerable children experiencing discomfort—deserve compassionate, attentive treatment, which was entirely absent during this visit. Never any hand sanitizer available since COVID, despite numerous dispensers. I've written to them multiple times, but my concerns were consistently ignored. The surgery is subpar, and I doubt I was even properly registered. I never got to see my own doctor, and as the attached photo from May 2024 shows, there's still no hand gel present. I've since switched surgeries.

After relocating to this area and experiencing a recent asthma episode, I urgently required medical attention, though not severe enough to warrant an emergency room visit or urgent care call. Shockingly, I endured a 50-minute wait on their phone service, only to be dismissively advised to contact 111 or visit A&E, despite simply needing a prescription renewal—something impossible to obtain from an emergency department. They then instructed me to collect registration forms to complete my surgery enrollment. No provision for temporary registration, no semblance of compassionate care—just a callous suggestion to call 111, making it abundantly clear that my medical condition was of no concern to them. Absolutely APPALLING service.
