Frustrating healthcare maze of endless miscommunication

I initiated contact and was directed to an online consultation, which then instructed me to speak with a representative. Upon calling back, I endured a 16-minute wait, only to have someone answer and immediately disconnect the call. The service is utterly unacceptable. I've already undergone 5-6 back-related appointments in recent months, yet it appears that no physician has any awareness of the previous doctor's diagnosis or recommendations.

Rude receptionist ruins medical office experience

Despite not having the opportunity to consult with a physician, I was struck by the receptionist's discourteous demeanor. She effectively terminated the call while I was mid-sentence. A quintessential example of small-town customer service.

Terrible medical experience with incompetent and unhelpful staff

An absolute nightmare of a medical experience. The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous and take forever to pick up the phone. The physicians display incompetence, frequently misdiagnosing patients and forcing them into redundant consultations. The pharmacy repeatedly botches prescription orders or deliberately neglects to stock medications. Completely unacceptable.

Horrific phone ordeal exposes dangerous medical negligence

Utterly frustrated by the impossible phone access. Spent 360 futile attempts between 8pm and 8:40pm. Following day, made over 60 calls just to secure an appointment. Patient diagnosed with sepsis, yet only advised to repeat blood tests in a week - completely inappropriate sepsis management! The medical practice's standards have dramatically deteriorated.

Completely unresponsive medical practice that can't even manage to pick up their phone during stated business hours. The experience is so frustrating that I'd seriously consider relocating just to find a competent healthcare provider who actually answers their phone.

Excellent care and swift medical support

I contacted Little Waltham Surgery this morning around 9:30am seeking an in-person GP consultation for today, or alternatively, a future scheduled appointment. The reception staff promptly offered me a slot with Dr Agarwal at 11:40am, which I gladly accepted. Shortly after, Dr Agarwal phoned me and suggested an appointment with the in-house physiotherapist. She explained that the physio might be able to address my concerns, and if not, she would personally check on me. I immediately went to the surgery and met with Ms. Bexteshi, who conducted a thorough assessment and provided me with tailored exercises. Upon returning home, I discovered she had emailed the exercise instructions for my reference. As it turned out, I did not require Dr Agarwal's consultation, which meant another patient could utilize the original appointment slot. Although I seldom need medical services, I was thoroughly impressed by every staff member I interacted with today. My sincere thanks to the entire team - Martina Callan.

Frustrating morning at the medical practice

I arrived at the surgery's operating hours, which begin at 8:30 AM, yet surprisingly, their phone system is still indicating they are not yet open, despite it now being 8:50 AM. This seems quite disorganized and frustrating.

Frustrating wait and rude staff despite great doctors

They claim to start at 8:30, but if you want to schedule a visit, you must call at 8. By 8:40, all slots are completely booked. I waited on hold for 7 minutes before the call was abruptly disconnected. As usual, the front desk staff were discourteous. However, the medical professionals themselves are excellent.
