Saturday morning appointment waste

Squandered precious time for both myself, my mother, and a medical professional by scheduling a weekend consultation at St Andrew's House when our sole intention was to consult a GP about fast-tracking a cardiology referral for my mother. It appears they would prefer any alternative to directly treating patients. My mother hasn't had a face-to-face appointment with a GP there in more than twelve months. As a result, I've transferred her medical registration to a different practice. Their approach is utterly disgraceful.

28th April Phoned to make appointment to see doctor told receptionist problem, received message later that morning saying it would be a phone appointment on the 21st MAY. when i have been to surgery to see nurse which is not often, waiting room is usually nearly empty. Really upsetting state of affairs, 3 weeks to speak on phone with someone!!!!. I have now after 27 years moved to a new doctors and got my appoinment for tomorrow.
