They immediately handled my baby's immunization appointments after registration and swiftly coordinated our 8-week health check with minimal effort required from me. They're incredibly efficient! Today I saw Dr. J Bircher for my implant, and she was wonderfully kind. She carefully explained everything to ensure my complete understanding, walked me through the entire procedure, and the process was so quick - literally just 2 minutes - and completely painless after she applied the numbing medication. The entire staff has been remarkable, with receptionists always being friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Despite being registered for only a short time, I'm thoroughly impressed with every aspect of their service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Throughout the years, they have consistently provided outstanding care for me, and when my son was born, they extended the same high-quality service to him. The physicians are extremely competent and thorough, ensuring comprehensive treatment for whatever medical concern you present. Our interactions have consistently demonstrated their commitment to going the extra mile for patients. I have absolutely zero criticisms. They are dedicated to patient care in every possible way, and I cannot praise them more enthusiastically.

They were consistently neglected, never referred to appropriate medical professionals, and treated without dignity. Now, after moving, they've finally seen specialists and are receiving proper medication and care. The staff's demeanor strikes me as somewhat pompous and self-important.

Top-notch general practitioner in the locality, genuine medical professionals who truly dedicate themselves to patient care, far superior to Kingstreet Medical. Unfortunately, their strict catchment area policy prevents me from registering, forcing me to seek healthcare elsewhere.

Terrible doctors with zero compassion

Utterly appalling! The medical staff here display emotional depth comparable to a stone! Their trustworthiness is non-existent, with statements made directly to patients often contradicting what's documented or shared with others! I wouldn't even suggest this place to someone I despise! The front desk personnel behave as if they're entitled to treat patients with utter contempt, seemingly forgetting they're merely administrative workers who relish wielding their tiny fragment of authority over defenseless patients! We promptly transferred my grandparents and elderly Aunt to a superior, nearby clinic in Millbrook who are genuinely exceptional!! Avoid this practice at all costs! I've reluctantly awarded one star solely because the rating system mandates it!
