Surgery wait times are a nightmare

Why aren't the authorities addressing this surgical issue? They've been completely unable to schedule a single appointment in 18 months. Their routine is always the same: they instruct patients to call at 8 AM, and by 8:01, they claim all slots are already filled. This represents the most disgraceful aspect of the NHS's service.

Terrible service that hurt my baby

The front desk staff displayed an extremely unprofessional attitude and completely failed to handle my child's medication request. When I contacted them to place the prescription order, they became confrontational. As a result of their negligence, my baby experienced unnecessary distress.

Awful wait time and terrible staff attitude

I cannot in good conscience suggest this surgical procedure to anyone, as the personnel demonstrate an unacceptable level of indifference and disrespect. Scheduling an appointment seems incredibly challenging, and interactions with the front desk staff are consistently frustrating. We have been attempting to make contact for two consecutive hours without success. Our initial call was at 8:00, and now it's 10:00. The entire situation is genuinely disheartening.

Rude receptionist ruined my medical visit

I was taken aback by the treatment I received from the staff. When I simply phoned to verify my appointment, I was met with an unexpectedly hostile response from an employee. My sole transgression was inquiring about the doctor's delay, as they were already 20 minutes behind schedule (and this is a recurring issue). I had believed that customer service was their primary concern, but they demonstrated otherwise.

Rude new staff ruined my medical visit

If the rating system allowed it, I'd award zero stars. Credit where it's due: Lisa and three other long-standing female staff members are consummate professionals—courteous and incredibly supportive. However, newer employees, particularly those of Asian descent with limited English proficiency, come across as brusque and discourteous. When I initially requested to speak with the practice manager, I was flatly denied an appointment. Curiously, once I persisted, suddenly a slot became available just three days later. I could elaborate extensively on the numerous frustrations I've encountered.

Terrible surgery with unhelpful receptionists

The medical practice is absolutely terrible. They wouldn't even merit a single star if possible. Booking an appointment is practically impossible. Their system forces patients to physically show up at the clinic and wait outside in freezing conditions just to schedule a consultation. On the rare occasion you manage to enter, you'll find two Indian staff members who completely ignore patients, instead engaging in lengthy personal conversations about their families and social events. This unprofessional behavior is precisely why I transferred my mother's medical records to a different practice. Their service is so abysmal they don't even deserve the minimal recognition of one star.

It's appalling how dismissive and impatient the doctors are when interacting with patients, consistently interrupting and cutting conversations short. Dr. Harweet Sawhney stands out as the sole competent physician, but securing an appointment with him is practically unattainable.
