If the rating system allowed it, I'd award zero stars. Credit where it's due: Lisa and three other long-standing female staff members are consummate professionals—courteous and incredibly supportive. However, newer employees, particularly those of Asian descent with limited English proficiency, come across as brusque and discourteous. When I initially requested to speak with the practice manager, I was flatly denied an appointment. Curiously, once I persisted, suddenly a slot became available just three days later. I could elaborate extensively on the numerous frustrations I've encountered.

Terrible surgery with unhelpful receptionists
The medical practice is absolutely terrible. They wouldn't even merit a single star if possible. Booking an appointment is practically impossible. Their system forces patients to physically show up at the clinic and wait outside in freezing conditions just to schedule a consultation. On the rare occasion you manage to enter, you'll find two Indian staff members who completely ignore patients, instead engaging in lengthy personal conversations about their families and social events. This unprofessional behavior is precisely why I transferred my mother's medical records to a different practice. Their service is so abysmal they don't even deserve the minimal recognition of one star.
