I've been registered with this GP practice since November, and neither myself nor my children can secure an appointment. They've removed medications from my prescription that were previously prescribed by doctors in Speke. When I visited recently, I was actually advised to purchase my own medication, despite the fact that it was this very surgery that originally discontinued it. The service is completely unacceptable. I have hypertension and was previously monitored monthly due to its long-standing instability. If you want to get your own health checks logged here, good luck 😂 You're forced to queue outside just to attempt booking an appointment, yet still end up with nothing. This practice is an absolute mockery of healthcare.

You can line up outside from 7/7:30am, but even if you manage to secure an appointment, there's no guarantee you'll be seen before 9am despite their official opening time of 8am. Patient access is now demanding a third-party authorization and blocking my online access, and the surgery staff seem clueless about what this means, preventing me from ordering my prescription. I've been without medication for nearly a week because I can't physically go in to order it, and the receptionist refuses to help over the phone. The medical practice in Liverpool is absolutely dreadful for booking appointments. You're forced to wait outside in freezing, rainy conditions at 7:30 am, only to discover by 8:05 that all slots are already taken. The following day, I made 55 consecutive calls before someone answered, and predictably, all appointments were already gone. It's an utterly ridiculous system. Throughout the day, the surgery appears completely deserted. They've also eliminated the option of requesting a phone consultation later in the day. Now, when you call, the receptionist immediately starts interrogating you about your medical issue, which I find completely inappropriate - I shouldn't have to disclose personal health details to front desk staff. I'm definitely searching for a new healthcare provider.

This was my sole day off in a fortnight, and I had hoped to consult a physician. Consequently, I've been scheduled two weeks from now. I contacted 111, underwent extensive questioning, and am now awaiting a callback from the surgery's doctor. The irony is palpable. It seems inappropriate that patients must disclose personal medical details to receptionists with other people within earshot, potentially compromising privacy and dignity.

This general practitioner is an absolute disaster. It's impossible to schedule an appointment, even when planning ahead, and they never respond to phone calls. Their booking system opens at 8am, but there's no chance of reaching anyone until 9am, by which time all slots are already gone. The reception staff are rude and completely unhelpful. They even tried to claim my mother hasn't had an appointment in two years, despite her frequent visits last year for joint and heart concerns. The staff training is utterly appalling. I would not recommend this practice under any circumstances. I'm incredibly relieved that I switched my GP years ago.

Their negligence left me extremely physically and mentally unwell. And now they punish me for filing a complaint by making it impossible for me to get my medications and to get an appointment. They withhold meds that I need and make things as difficult as possible for me to see or speak to a doctor. It’s not even just a bad experience it’s blatant negligence by every staff member there. Reception will gaslight you into oblivion and refuse to help you too. Just avoid a headache and don’t sign up here, it’ll probably be shut down soon when they eventually go too far and end someone anyway.

The quality of this medical practice has seriously deteriorated. With only 17 appointment slots across two doctors, securing a consultation is incredibly challenging. Every attempt to contact them via phone ends in frustration, no matter the hour, and they seem perpetually unavailable due to staff training. I'm continuously bombarded with messages urging me to schedule my vaccine, yet ironically, I'm unable to actually book an appointment because I can't reach anyone.
