I had my medication review earlier today. The clinician was very friendly and professional. We discussed any side effects to my medication, my lifestyle and the importance of a balanced diet and exercise. I was advised to have some blood tests and to have my blood pressure checked. The clinician was very kind and understanding and it was reassuring to know that a follow-up appointment would be arranged with a nurse to continue our conversation. Shortly afterwards I received a text confirming the appointment had been scheduled. I appreciated the care and attention provided during this visit.
