Amazing doctor

Dr Cat Anderson is an amazing doctor. Saw her first privately then she advised me to get onto this practice. She has been amazing with me and understanding, as she is trained in women’s health. I have seen her multiple times and always got time to listen , advise on medication. Also follow up appointments with her regularly to check how I’m getting on with medication and mental health.

Terrible patient treatment at this clinic

The scheduling process and personnel managing appointments are severely letting down patients. The communication style is harsh, unempathetic, and degrading. It's as if patients are being treated with less dignity than livestock. This falls far short of genuine medical care. Patients should receive fundamental respect, empathy, and support, not obstacles and disinterest.

It's quite uncommon for me to fall sick, but on the rare occasions when I'm unwell and reach out to schedule a medical consultation, my preference is to consult directly with a physician, not be redirected to a nurse practitioner.

I'm utterly stunned by the appalling situation my father is experiencing. He's been receiving treatment at this medical practice for several years, yet today he was informed that his records show no documentation of his visits since 2022. Despite consulting doctors in recent weeks about a mouth-related problem and being prescribed antibiotics, the dismissive and discourteous receptionist claims he's not a patient and hasn't been seen by a physician since last year. This unacceptable administrative breakdown demands immediate attention and resolution. The lack of proper record-keeping and communication is deeply troubling and potentially compromising patient care.

Disrespectful and shocking treatment

After my relative passed away they left him lying in the mortuary as they could not be bothered to tick a box. It ended up 9 days numerous emails and calls from myself and the stoke coroners office for them to turn around and say they can't give a cause of death.. thanks for that he's now going to be lying on a cold slab for his birthday and maybe even Christmas. The hight of disrespect to him and family. I am actually disgusted at the practice I hope you read this review and use it to ensure no other family has to go through this.

Rude Staff Ignored My Asthma Concerns

Reception personnel displayed an appalling lack of empathy, consistently interrupting and disregarding my attempts to communicate. While experiencing severe respiratory distress, I was repeatedly talked over when trying to explain my urgent need for asthma medication. If the staff would simply pause and listen, it would make an already challenging process of seeking medical assistance somewhat more manageable.
