I completely concur with the critical assessments of this medical practice, having been their patient since 2001. The physicians appear fundamentally unable to diagnose conditions correctly, which consequently prevents appropriate medical intervention. The front desk and administrative personnel are even more problematic, frequently demonstrating a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I am currently experiencing an unresolved dispute concerning a travel insurance documentation request. Remarkably, they seem to believe the doctors are not obligated to complete the form, despite charging a fee for such services. This attitude effectively suggests patients might as well travel without insurance coverage. Absolutely substandard.

I visited the medical practice early Monday, November 11th, and was assisted by Amber, who claimed my tamoxifen (breast cancer medication) was arranged. Thankfully, I double-checked with the pharmacy just moments ago, only to discover the medication was not actually in stock - and it will expire tomorrow, with no availability until Monday. I'm utterly bewildered by her competence as a surgery receptionist, having already observed her unprofessional demeanor and inappropriate attitude during our initial interaction. Fortunately, when I contacted the surgery again, I received guidance about obtaining emergency tablets to bridge the gap until Monday. Her conduct is a stark contrast to her mother's professional approach.

When my husband received his Parkinson's Disease diagnosis last year, things took a turn recently. He developed a chest infection accompanied by escalating anxiety, and upon trying to secure a medical consultation, the receptionist coldly instructed him to book online. Subsequently, he was sent a text message indicating a potential phone consultation would occur four days later. The handling of a Parkinson's patient in such an impersonal and dismissive manner is completely unacceptable, and it's clear the receptionist is not fulfilling her professional responsibilities adequately.
