Four days into my attempts, I'm still unable to secure an appointment. The phone line consistently disconnects, offering an automated apology for failing to connect my call. Their sluggish communication means it's taken over a month to receive basic medical information from my current general practitioner. I'm absolutely resolved to switch healthcare providers as soon as possible. This experience is utterly unacceptable. I'm completely bewildered about how to file a complaint with the NHS, but their inefficiency seems dangerously close to putting patients' health at serious risk.

Deadly neglect by doctor led to my granddad's death
Dr Chawdory essentially caused my grandfather's death in 2017. Dismissed his chest pains as Angina when it was actually a blood clot. Law enforcement and this medical practice concealed the incident due to NHS staffing shortages. Reportedly, the same physician repeated this pattern with two additional patients. The practice has deteriorated since Dr. Buch's (the small Asian doctor) departures. He was an exceptional, genuinely compassionate doctor. No quality medical professionals remain nowadays.

Unfortunately, the administrative team severely undermines the quality of care through their inefficiency. Worst medical clinic ever terrible customer service
It's absolutely dreadful - the service is so poor that I'm planning to file a formal complaint. I've been attempting to schedule a medical appointment for weeks, and the administrative staff behave as if they're medical professionals while the manager remains completely indifferent despite numerous negative reviews and ongoing complaints. Absolutely nothing has improved. Do not waste your time here. Every time they instruct you to call at 8 AM, after an hour they claim no availability remains and promise someone will contact you at their convenience, not yours. The receptionists even try to diagnose and provide medical advice like amateur nurses - it's unbelievable. My recommendation is to either avoid this clinic entirely or, like me, report them immediately.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff
I absolutely cannot endorse this medical facility. The front desk staff displayed shocking prejudice, and when I was experiencing a serious eczema outbreak, they were so callous that they reduced me to tears. Despite this not being an isolated incident of their discourteous and hostile attitude, they repeatedly insisted I didn't require a physician's consultation. These unpleasant, older women are simply unprofessional. I was ultimately compelled to switch my primary care provider just to receive proper treatment. The experience was so traumatic that I now harbor such negative feelings about the entire street where this centre is located, as it reminds me of multiple distressing encounters that left me weeping.

Worst medical practice ever with heartless receptionist
The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive when I called about my sick 4-year-old. She claimed the practice manager was too occupied with interviews to help, and her attitude was shockingly hostile. I attempted to contact them at 8:01 AM and received no response, so when I called again, I was abruptly informed that all appointments were already booked within minutes of opening. Her callous suggestion was that if I was truly worried about my child's health, I should go to the panda unit. I've never encountered such an incredibly rude and unhelpful staff member in my life!

Obtaining repeat prescriptions at this practice is a frustrating ordeal. You're forced to compete for early morning slots, desperately trying to secure an 8AM appointment and praying you won't arbitrarily be dismissed or disconnected. Terrible service and lost paperwork at local gp
The reception team was completely incompetent. When I went to register myself and my family at this GP, I spoke with a staff member who handed me some forms. I completed them and returned them, and she told me the process would take 3 days. After nearly two weeks, I attempted to schedule an appointment for my daughter, only to discover we were NOT in their system and our paperwork had vanished. The staff were incredibly nonchalant, offering no explanation or apology. I am absolutely stunned by how poorly the reception staff perform their duties. STAY AWAY from this practice at all costs.

Covid cases are surging, and the waiting area is packed with visibly sick individuals, with no protective barriers or face coverings in sight. It's ironic that I would be denied entry to the hospital without a mask, yet here, healthcare professionals aren't encouraging patients to mask up. As a medical facility, you should be proactively requesting patients to wear masks, not just for their own safety, but for the well-being of everyone around them. Worst gp surgery in manchester with awful staff
Frankly, this GP surgery in Manchester is the absolute worst I've encountered, and I've seen my share. Only one receptionist stands out as genuinely helpful, but catching her is purely a matter of chance. The remaining staff are incredibly discourteous and confrontational. I'm simply seeking essential health services while maintaining complete politeness, so why do they react with such hostility when it's literally their professional responsibility? From the beginning, they've been nothing but obstructive. I've had to battle for every prescription that was previously approved by other GP practices. They consistently send incorrect prescription quantities to the pharmacy, forcing me to make multiple trips and inconvenience the pharmacists while verifying the documentation. Moreover, they refuse to prescribe emergency contraceptive pills, which should be a standard healthcare provision. They seem intent on creating unnecessary complications at every turn. My advice: steer clear if possible. And to the staff: why such aggression? Is basic human kindness truly so difficult? Patients dealing with health concerns require compassion and support, not additional barriers. How would you feel in our position?
