Worst healthcare experience ever racist rude staff
The service here is absolutely abysmal. I cannot stress enough how racist and discourteous the receptionists are, acting as if they're doing you an immense favor by merely saying hello, let alone attempting to schedule an appointment. They seem to have appointed themselves as medical gatekeepers, arbitrarily deciding the urgency of your symptoms before you can even consult a GP. This isn't an isolated incident - every single interaction I've had with this health centre has been terrible. To make matters worse, the GP who eventually called me was equally arrogant, behaving like some sort of medical deity, smugly listening without truly hearing my concerns. I strongly advise potential patients to either steer clear of this surgery, switch healthcare providers, or persistently complain until they are forced to at least feign basic human decency. Beneath their thin veneer of professionalism, they are fundamentally unkind and dismissive.

If the rating system allowed zero stars, it would still be too generous for this abysmal service. The doctors remain obstinately isolated behind closed doors, long after the rest of the world has moved past COVID. The surgery itself is a complete embarrassment - it looks like it hasn't seen a fresh coat of paint in years and desperately needs a thorough inspection from the CQC. They absolutely will not receive a favorable evaluation in their current state.

Terrible service with no hope of medical help
Be prepared for an excruciatingly long wait, with at least a 2-hour queue just to reach a receptionist - getting through to someone feels virtually impossible. Even if you manage to connect with a staff member, that doesn't guarantee your issue will be addressed. While one person at the reception seems genuinely interested in helping, the rest appear completely indifferent. I'm still desperately waiting for an urgent callback from a doctor to prescribe a basic steroid for my hives - and I'm still waiting with zero response. No return call, absolutely nothing, and I'm certain there won't be one. My hives have now spread extensively, preventing me from working and causing me to lose clients, all because my general practitioner can't handle prescribing a straightforward steroid medication. Absolutely frustrating.

Terrible phone system and frustrating doctor's service
The telephone system at this medical practice is utterly dysfunctional. Despite having nothing to do with COVID, the staff consistently ignore incoming calls, and if you miraculously get through after waiting one to two hours, you're still confronted with a six-week wait to see a doctor - which is completely ridiculous. In reality, it's far more efficient to physically visit the reception and communicate in person, rather than endlessly waiting on hold while they deliberately avoid answering. The entire experience is incredibly stressful, which is ironically the opposite of what healthcare professionals should be doing - their job is to reduce patient anxiety, not escalate it. Moreover, when you finally do connect with someone, patient confidentiality seems non-existent. The receptionist appears to believe they have medical expertise and can provide advice, which is fundamentally inappropriate. Patients shouldn't be forced to justify their need for a GP consultation to administrative staff. I'm convinced no one from this practice reviews their feedback, or surely they would address these unacceptable treatment standards. It's high time these doctors returned to face-to-face consultations and restored some semblance of normal healthcare service. They urgently need to improve and take responsibility for their current substandard approach.

I genuinely cannot comprehend the negative feedback, as this medical practice is absolutely the finest I've ever experienced. Admittedly, morning telephone wait times are extended, but that's been consistent with every other healthcare facility I've encountered. The quality of care here has been uniformly exceptional. The physicians genuinely engage and demonstrate compassion, the nursing staff are supremely competent and create a comfortable environment, and the front desk personnel are warm and inviting. I find absolutely no grounds for criticism with this practice, and I'm convinced the unfavorable reviews are completely misrepresentative of the actual service provided. Worst customer service ever absolute nightmare
Their customer service is a complete nightmare! 😡😡 I was initially caller #8 and ended up wasting 2 hours on hold. To make matters worse, they abruptly disconnected all the lines 🙄 It's ridiculous that processing 8 calls should take this long. The absolute worst part? I was stuck at first position in the queue for 45 excruciating minutes! Completely unacceptable.
