Quick and efficient medical service today
I contacted the medical practice early today at around 10:20 and was informed I could either hold in the queue or select option 1 for a callback. I chose the callback option, and to my delight, they phoned me back promptly within 5 minutes. I was then scheduled for an appointment at 11:00 am that same morning, which I found incredibly convenient and efficient.

In my experience, the e-consult service proves to be an excellent alternative, allowing you to precisely describe your medical concern, after which they determine whether a face-to-face appointment with a general practitioner is necessary. This method eliminates the need for prolonged phone conversations or waiting on hold. Another slight frustration I have is the inconsistency in seeing the same doctor; I'm uncertain whether we are assigned a specific GP, and if so, we should be able to consistently consult with them. To be honest, I'm not even sure if I have been allocated a named GP, and if I have, I certainly haven't had the opportunity to meet them.
