I would not recommend attending this practice. I felt that a clinician at this surgery dismissed my concerns and did not take my account seriously. When I raised a complaint with reception staff, I felt they were dismissive and unhelpful in response. I requested an appointment with a different clinician, but I sensed that reception had communicated their perspective beforehand, which affected how I was subsequently treated during the consultation. Eventually, I received a diagnosis relating to an immune-related condition, which felt quite different from the dismissive approach I had experienced earlier in my care journey. However, I found myself being referred between different services and back to the practice repeatedly, creating a frustrating cycle that did not feel resolved.

Reception staff cut me off mid-conversation
This practice has been frustrating to deal with. On two separate occasions, I have had to follow up on repeat medication that was sent to an incorrect pharmacy instead of my usual one. When I raised this concern, I was told that I must have requested this change myself. The receptionist I spoke with today was dismissive and unhelpful. When I tried to ask why the prescription had gone to the wrong location, they interrupted me and refused to assist, telling me to call back and speak to someone else. I would not recommend this surgery based on my experience.
